  1. Why do I need to provide my Tax Identification Number (TIN)?

    Customers need to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) in order for the e-invoice to be generated.

  2. Where can I provide my TIN details?

    You may update your TIN on redONE 1App. Just follow the simple steps provided on this page.

  3. When do I need to provide my TIN?

    You are required to provide your TIN before the following month’s postpaid bill is generated.

  4. When will the e-invoice be issued?

    The e-Invoice will be issued the following month after usage, i.e for August 2024 usage, e-Invoice will be issued in September 2024.

  5. Where can I obtain my e-Invoice once I have updated my TIN?

    The e-Invoice will be provided in 1App once the monthly bill is generated.

  6. If I don’t update my TIN, will the e-Invoice still be provided in 1App?

    No. You are required to provide your TIN in order for the e-Invoice to be generated.

  7. Who should I contact if there are queries or concerns?

    You may contact our Customer Careline at 1300 11 0088.

  2. E-invoice will not be issued if a customer has not updated the TIN.

  3. Customers’ TIN details can only be updated via the redONE 1App.

  4. The e-Invoice will be issued the following month after usage, i.e for August 2024 usage, e-Invoice will be issued in September 2024.
