2. Where can I top up the minimum amount to receive the free extra credit?

   You can top up the minimum amount via the ‘Pinless Reload’ option on redONE Prepaid app to receive the free credit.

3. Will I receive the RM10 free credit if I top up via other options and not though redONE Prepaid app?

   No. Customers are required to top the minimum amount via redONE Prepaid app using the ‘Pinless Reload’ option only in order to receive the free RM10 credit.

4. How long is the free RM10 credit valid for?

   The free RM10 credit is only valid for 30 days, upon successful top up.

5. Will I receive the RM10 free credit for every minimum RM30 top up?

   Yes. The RM10 free credit will be given for every top-up of RM30 minimum at any given time within the promotion period. Customers are not limited to the number of times they can top-up for the free RM10 extra credit.

   Ultra35 is a monthly recurring MI that offers 50 GB 5G/4G + 20 GB 5G, 10 GB hotspot data and unlimited calls to all network and unlimited YouTube & Facebook at RM30 per subscription.

2. Is Ultra35 a permanent MI plan offered by redONE Mobile?

   Yes. It is available for subscription starting from 7 June 2024.

3. Where can I subscribe to Ultra35 monthly recurring MI plan?

   You can subscribe the Ultra35 via Prepaid app or by dialing *108#.

4. Who can subscribe to the Ultra35 monthly recurring MI plan?

   It is available to all Prepaid plan customers.

5. How do the customers check on their Ultra35 monthly recurring data usage?

   Customers can check the usage via Prepaid app.

6. What can I use the high speed 5G/4G data for?

   The high speed data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone.

7. When can I utilise the Ultra35 5G/4G data quota?

   You can utilise the Ultra35 data quota at any time.

8. Am I allowed to share my Ultra35 the data quota with other devices via mobile hotspot?

   The data quota is meant for personal use on your smartphone only. Hotspot usage will be deducted from the hotspot bucket bundled to the Ultra35.

9. If I have not utilised all the quota for base and hotspot, can I bring forward the unused quota for next month?

   No, the validity for the Internet and Hotspot is only until the end of the month. The unused quota will be forfeited and not carried forward.

10. When can I get the 5G Bonus Quota?

    You will receive the quota immediately upon the successful Ultra35 activation.

11. Do I need to activate the 5G?

    Yes. To activate the 5G Access, log on to Prepaid app.

12. Do I need to pay to activate the 5G?

    No. The 5G access is free.

13. I don’t want the 5G service. Can I terminate it?

    No. The 5G access will allow you to enjoy the bonus 5G data bundled to the Ultra35 MI plan.

14. How do I know when the 5G access is activated?

    You will receive the 5G activation SMS after the 5G service is activated.

15. Can I enjoy the 5G service when I am overseas?

    No, the 5G service is available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.

16. How will I know when I can use 5G?

    redONE Mobile will send you an SMS notification stating that you can start using 5G services. Once you have received this SMS, you can enjoy these services automatically with a 5G device within the 5G coverage area and the 5G icon will appear on your phone.

17. What is the unlimited YouTube & Facebook?

    The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is bundled to the Ultra35 for streaming until the end of the month.

18. I don’t want the unlimited YouTube & Facebook service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the service. It is bundled with the Ultra35 MI plan for you to enjoy unlimited streaming YouTube & Facebook.

19. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited YouTube & Facebook?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 50 GB per month is applicable.

20. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy?

    Subsequent data usage will be deducted from your main data bucket.

21. When can I utilise the unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota?

    You can utilise the unlimited data quota at any time.

22. What is the speed of the unlimited YouTube & Facebook?

    The speed of the unlimited YouTube or Facebook streaming is capped at 3Mbps.

23. Am I allowed to share the unlimited YouTube & Facebook with other devices via mobile hotspot?

    The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.

Promotion: Top Up Minimum RM30, Free RM10 Extra Credit

1. This promotion is valid until 30 September 2024.

2. Only redONE Prepaid and BeONE Prepaid customers are eligible for this promotion.

3. Customers are required to top up a minimum of RM30 in order to receive the FREE RM10 extra credit.

4. The free RM10 extra credit will only be credited upon successful top-up of minimum RM30 and is valid for 30 days only.

5. Customers are required to top the minimum amount via redONE Prepaid app or BeONE Prepaid using the ‘Pinless Reload’ option only in order to receive the free RM10 credit.

6. The RM10 free credit will be given for every top-up of RM30 minimum at any given time within the promotion period. Customers are not limited to the number of times they can top-up for the free RM10 extra credit.

7. redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, cancel and/or modify any T&Cs for this promotion at any time without any prior notice. Ultra35

1. The Ultra35 monthly recurring MI offers 50 GB 5G/4G + 20 GB 5G data all day data usage, 10 GB hotspot, unlimited calls to all networks, and unlimited YouTube & Facebook every day for 30 days.

2. The 50 GB 5G/4G + 20 GB 5G data, 10 GB hotspot data, unlimited calls, and unlimited YouTube & Facebook is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia only.

3. The 50 GB 5G/4G + 20 GB 5G data is for personal use only and cannot be shared as a hotspot.

4. Unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded. FUP 1000 mins.

5. Ultra35 is an auto-recurring MI and will be auto-renewed every 30 days with sufficient credit. The Ultra35 subscription will be auto-terminated if there is insufficient credit in the account.

6. The subscription fee for Ultra35 monthly recurring MI is not pro-rated. RM30 will be deducted from the account upon successful subscription.

7. Customers can subscribe at any time. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the Ultra35 MI subscription.

8. The Ultra35 data quota will expire at the end of the validity. Any unutilized Ultra35 data will not be carried forward.

9. The Unlimited YouTube & Facebook is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 50 GB per 30 days. High-speed data and Unlimited FREEBIE for YouTube & Facebook Apps is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspots).

10. The Ultra35 MI does not extend the account validity.

11. Customers can request to activate 5G access via the Prepaid app upon successful activation or successful port-in.

12. The Ultra35 MI plan can be subscribed to via the Prepaid app or by dialing *108#.

13. The MI Monthly plan is NOT stackable. At any one time, customers can only have one active MI plan.

14. Customers who purchase the auto-recurring MI Monthly plan are allowed to purchase the 30-day 5G booster.

15. Customers who purchase the MI Monthly plan are allowed to purchase Data Top-Up.

16. Customers with active MI Monthly Add-ons (redVIDEO, redSOCIAL, redMUSIC, redCALL, redSMS) with validity, and after validity, can subscribe to Ultra35. Add-ons are stackable.

17. Unlimited voice calls among redONE Prepaid users are subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if the user exceeds 1,000 minutes a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on https://www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy.

YouTube & Facebook

1. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia only.

2. When the customer is streaming YouTube & Facebook, the unlimited bucket will be utilized first.

3. Once the unlimited bucket has been fully utilized, subsequent YouTube & Facebook usage will be deducted from the main data bucket.

4. When the customer is browsing the web, playing online games, or sharing data, the main data bucket will be utilized.

5. Accessing links in YouTube & Facebook:

   • If the content is within YouTube & Facebook, your unlimited quota will be used.
   • If the content link directs you outside of YouTube & Facebook:
     
     • If you have remaining internet quota balance, your internet plan quota will be used for the content or the usage will be slowed to 256kbps.

6. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is bundled with the NEW Ultra35 MI plan and is not optional.

7. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook will be auto-renewed every 30 days should the Ultra35 MI plan remain active.

8. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota will expire at the end of 30 days.

9. Unlimited YouTube & Facebook can only be utilized domestically, i.e., within Malaysia’s network only. Data usage when overseas is subject to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE Mobile roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.

10. If there is insufficient credit and the Ultra35 MI plan is not auto-renewed, the unlimited YouTube & Facebook will be automatically terminated.

11. Upon 100% utilization of the unlimited YouTube & Facebook, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high-speed data or available Data Top Up.

12. Unlimited YouTube & Facebook is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspots).

13. redONE Mobile will strive to fully utilize the unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota whenever the customer is streaming via the unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota. However, there may be instances where the unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on YouTube & Facebook happening, or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidentally used to stream instead of the unlimited quota. These could occur due to a number of reasons, including technical issues such as misconfiguration or whitelisting of the wrong IP address by third parties or due to the YouTube & Facebook partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving redONE Mobile sufficient notice to update our system. Customers must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.

14. redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, cancel, and/or modify any redONE Mobile Ultra T&Cs at any time without any prior notice. Any decisions made by redONE Mobile shall be final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Changes shall be posted on redONE Mobile’s website redonemobile.com.my.

Bonus 5G Data

1. The Bonus 5G data is only available within the 5G network area via use of a 5G capable, supported, and enabled mobile device. When you are located outside the 5G network coverage area, you will be running on your 4G data.

2. To enjoy 5G, please ensure that:

   • You are using a 5G capable device;
   • You have a 4G LTE SIM;
   • You have 5G settings enabled on your device;
   • You are within 5G coverage.

3. The Bonus 5G data can be utilized for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on 5G networks only.

4. Your Bonus 5G data will be deducted from the 5G datapool first before using the 5G/4G data.

5. The Bonus 5G data is for personal use only.

6. There is no charge for the 5G data. Customers will not be able to enjoy the 5G data should the line be suspended.

7. Customers cannot request to cancel the 5G data.

5G Booster

1. Customers who purchase the Ultra35 are allowed to purchase the 30-day 5G Booster.

2. The 5G Booster will expire at the end of the month. The balance quota will not be rolled over to the following month.

3. The 5G Booster purchase fee and quota are not prorated.

4. The 5G Booster data is for personal use only.

5. Customers can purchase the 5G Booster at any time.

6. Only customers who subscribe to Ultra35 are allowed to purchase the 5G Booster.

7. The 5G Booster can be purchased via the Prepaid app or by dialing *108#.

8. The 5G Booster is not applicable while roaming.

Data Utilization Priority

1. When the customer is streaming YouTube or Facebook, the unlimited bucket will be utilized first.

2. If the customer is using a 5G-enabled device, when browsing the web or playing online games, the 5G Bonus data bucket will be utilized first. Should there be no 5G service, the usage will be deducted from the main Internet quota bucket.

3. Once the unlimited FREEBIE bucket has been fully utilized, subsequent YouTube or Facebook usage will be deducted from the 5G bucket if the customer is using a 5G-enabled device; otherwise, the main data bucket will be deducted.

4. Your 5G data usage will be deducted from the 5G Bonus Data datapool first before using the 5G/4G data.

5. Hotspot usage will be deducted from the 10 GB hotspot data bucket.
