  1. What is this plan all about?
    This special plan is only applicable for government servants and GLC employees which includes an exclusive PA Insurance.
  2. Who is eligible to sign up for this plan?
    Customer who works with the government sector and employees of GLC.
    Age limit: Eighteen (18) years old to sixty five (65) years old.
  3. How long is this offer?
    This plan is effective 15 March 2023 and it will be valid until further notice.
  4. What is the main condition of this program?
    The monthly bill payment for this plan must be via salary deduction (ANGKASA).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    Advance payment and registration fee for Mukmin68 plan will be waived. There will be no payment collected upon registration.
    If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.
  6. I am blacklisted by other telcos. I would like to sign up for this Mukmin68 plan with a new redONE number. How much advance payment do I need to pay?
    None. Advance payment will be waived regardless of your blacklist status.
  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    Yes, you will be contracted for 24 months. An early termination penalty applies if you want to terminate this plan.
  9. Where can I sign up this plan?
    You can sign up with all types of redONE partners and redONE branch.
    Note: For real time device fulfillment, it can be done via all redONE partners EXCEPT for PNC and Sales Advisors (SA).
  10. Do the unlimited calls in the Mukmin68 plan include calls to landlines such as 03 numbers?
    Yes, the unlimited calls include domestic calls to landlines throughout Malaysia. It does not include video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free (1-300) numbers.
  11. After I have signed up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    You can purchase the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
  12. After I have signed up for this promotion, can I change my plan?
    No. You will be contracted for 24 months for this plan. However, if you would like to change your plan, an early settlement is required.
  13. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Mukmin68 plan?
    No. The Mukmin68 plan is specially for new sign up for government servants and GLC employees only.

Hong Leong MSIG Takaful

  1. What is this product about?
    This is comprehensive personal accident takaful which will ease financial burden in the event of death caused by an accident and natural causes.
  2. What are the Shariah concepts applicable?
    i. Tabarru’ – a certain portion of the Contribution that the Participant agrees to donate upon occurrence of events approved by Shariah Committee of the Operator, thus enabling him to fulfil his obligation of ii. mutual help and joint guarantee should any of his fellow Participants suffer a defined loss where his donation is meant to help others and others’ donations are meant to help him.
    iii. Iltizam bi Al-Tabarru’ – commitment to make Tabarru’.
    iv. Wakalah – essentially an agent-principal relationship, where the Operator acts as an agent on behalf of the Participants to manage the PRF and PA on the Participants’ behalf and the Operator earns Wakalah Fee for the services rendered.
    Ju’alah – an agreement in which the Participant promises to reward the Operator for its achievement or good performance in managing the PRF that leads to surplus to the PRF.
  3. Can I cancel or terminate my certificate?
    The certificate is bundled to your Mukmin68 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your Mukmin68 plan.
  4. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?
    It is important that you inform master certificate holder of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner.
  5. What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of?
    The coverage is based on Free Cover Limit as per in Master Certificate subject to declaration and contribution payment by master certificate holder. The claim notification is subject to Sunset Clause as per master certificate wording.

  6. When is the insurance coverage activated?
    Takaful protection will take effect immediately after signing up. However, for existing diseases, there will be 12 months of waiting period. Death due to natural causes will only be covered on month 13 onwards.
    Note: For existing disease, it will be based on the medical attendance report when customer wants to submit death claim.
  7. What are the covers / benefits provided?
    The covers / benefits are summarised as below:

  8. What are the major exclusions under this certificate?
    No Death benefit shall be payable if:
    1. Participant/person covered commit suicide within a year from commencement date regardless of his/her mental disposition during the commission of the suicide.
    2. Death due to Pre-Existing Condition unless at the time of the death, participant/person covered has been covered for more than twelve (12) months from effective date of coverage.
    3. Participant/person covered dies as result of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or other sexual transmitted disease (STD).

  9. How long does it take for the claim procedure?
    Claim process within 30 working days from complete document received.
  10. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?
    There will be no individual certificate as, the Master certificate will be issued to redONE. If you require any information, you may contact your takaful operator for further assistance.
  11. My account is suspended. Am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?
    Takaful coverage is enforced except if we have not received payment for 2 months or if the certificate is lapsed.
  12. How do I make a claim?

  1. This plan only applicable for government servants and employees of Government-Linked Companies (GLCs).
  2. This plan is valid for New and MNP port-in customers only. Foreigners and M2M customers are not eligible for this offer.
  3. The plan can be registered as a Master account only (valid for new registration only). The Master account is not allowed to add sup lines.
  4. The Registration Fee and Advance Payment is waived.
  5. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  6. Monthly access fee for Mukmin68 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, unlimited data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  7. The redCALL and redDATA VAS are bundled with the Mukmin68 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
  8. The bundled high speed data, bundled redDATA and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  9. The monthly access fee for Mukmin68 plan is charged on a full month basis.
  10. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  11. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 6Mbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  12. redDATA speed is capped at up to 6Mbps.
  13. The Hong Leong MSIG Takaful PA is bundled together with this plan with no extra cost for customer.


  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW Mukmin68 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls
  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW Mukmin68 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication


  1. The redDATA Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited data@6Mbps and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
  2. The redDATA VAS is bundled with the NEW Mukmin68 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  3. The unlimited data can be used for all data services.
  4. redDATA can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  5. The redDATA VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Mukmin68 to another plan, the subscription to redDATA will be automatically terminated.
  8. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.
  9. Unlimited data quota is restricted only for Subscriber’s individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including SIM boxes or mobile hotspot) and is subjected to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy.
  10. Data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and could be affected by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability or due to Fair Usage Policy.   11. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.
  12. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Plan and Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan and Service(s) if your usage:
    • shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
    • is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;

  1. Same day registration of death for the intention of receiving the donation (insurance) will result in the donation being forfeited.
  2. For any changes of account details, customer is required to contact or visit
