This product is a basic personal accident plan which provides cover for death, permanent disability and also compassionate cash due to accident.
The duration of cover is for one (1) year. You need to renew your takaful cover annually.

The premium is bundled with your MYCARE50 plan. All premiums (if applicable) will be subjected to relevant charges or taxes, as deemed necessary by the Malaysian tax authorities. It is important to keep any receipt that you receive as proof of payment of premiums.

The policy is bundled with your MYCARE50 plan. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your MYCARE50 plan.

The insurance coverage is activated the following month upon registration of the MYCARE50 plan.
An e-Certificate is issued upon inception of coverage.
Takaful coverage is in force except if we do not receive payment for 2 months or if the certificate has lapsed.
Takaful top up is not allowed as the insurance is tied to the MYCARE50 plan.

Monthly access fee for MYCARE50 plan is only applicable for the unlimited internet, bundled high-speed data, and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
The MYCARE50 plan is with 30GB of high speed followed by unlimited internet at normal speed.
RM50 Advance Payment is required for new line registration. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
The bundled data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
In the MYCARE50 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
Unlimited internet and calls are subject to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which may be implemented if you exceed 100 hours or calls or 100GB of data.
This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
Change plan request to the new MYCARE50 plan is NOT allowed.
The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
The redCALL VAS is bundled with the MYCARE50 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from MYCARE50 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
