The unlimited internet is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.
Terms & Conditions
- The redUNLIMITED35 monthly recurring VAS offers unlimited internet@3Mbps, 3GB hotspot data and unlimited calls to all network.
- The unlimited internet, 3GB hotspot data and unlimited calls is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
- The unlimited internet is for personal use only. The unlimited internet cannot be shared as hotspot.
- redUNLIMITED35 is an auto-recurring VAS and will be auto renewed every 30 days with sufficient credit. The red redUNLIMITED35 subscription will be auto-terminated if there is insufficient credit in the account.
- The subscription fee for redUNLIMITED35 monthly recurring VAS is not pro-rated. RM30 will be deducted from the account upon successful subscription.
- Customers can subscribe at any time. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the redUNLIMITED35 VAS subscription.
- The redUNLIMITED35 data quota will expire at the end of the validity. Any unutilised redUNLIMITED35 data will not be carried forward.
- The Unlimited internet is subject to a Fair Usage Policy(FUP) of 50GB per 30 days is applicable.
- Once the customer have hit the FUP, the subsequent usage will be slowed to a maximum of 512kbps (Capped at 10GB).
- The redUNLIMITED35 VAS can be subscribed via Prepaid App by dialing *108#.
