      redDATA Monthly Recurring<\/b><\/div>

      1. The new redDATA monthly recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) is valid from 3 September 2020.<\/li>
      2. The new redDATA monthly recurring VAS is valid for all 20GB base plan customers with tenure more than 6 months & above customers.<\/li>
      3. redDATA is NOT available for any other redONE plans (e.g. RP8, Amazing8, Amazing28+, Voice48).<\/li>
      4. The new redDATA monthly recurring VAS offers unlimited data@3Mbps every day until the end of the month.<\/li>
      5. redDATA monthly recurring VAS is a subscription based VAS and will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month unless redDATA has been terminated.<\/li>
      6. The monthly fee for redDATA monthly recurring VAS is not pro-rated. Customers will be charged a full RM40 in the bill upon successful subscription.<\/li>
      7. A subscription to the redDATA recurring VAS while the 1-time Add On redDATA is active, the active 1-time Add On redDATA will be auto terminated. Customer is advised to only subscribe once your previous 1-time Add On redDATA validity have ended.<\/li>
      8. If the customer adds the redDATA monthly recurring VAS subscription at any time within the month, any previous usage will be charged normal rate and is not calculated under the redDATA monthly recurring VAS data bucket. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the redDATA monthly recurring VAS data bucket.<\/li>
      9. Customers can subscribe the recurring redDATA VAS at any time.<\/li>
      10. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.<\/li>
      11. You can only subscribe to one (1) redDATA monthly recurring VAS.<\/li>
      12. redDATA can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/li>
      13. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.<\/li>
      14. Customers with an active redDATA monthly recurring VAS active is not allowed to purchase the 1-time Add On redDATA VAS.<\/li>
      15. Customers can request for termination at any time. The redDATA data quota will be forfeited upon successful termination. Customer is advised to terminate redDATA before the start of the next bill cycle.<\/li>
      16. In the event the customer terminates redDATA, the customer will be charged a full one (1) month subscription fee for the particular month even though the customer terminates redDATA at any time of the month. Customers are advised to terminate redDATA before the start of the next bill cycle.<\/li>
      17. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.<\/li>
      18. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.<\/li>
      19. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form.         6. The purchase fee for redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS is not pro-rated. Customers will be charged a full RM50 in the bill upon successful purchase.<\/li>

The customer can purchase the redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS at any time within the month, any previous usage will be charged normal rate and is not calculated under the redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS data bucket. Only the usage after the successful purchase will be calculated under the redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS data bucket.<\/li>
        8. redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/li>
        9. You can purchase one (1) redDATA at one time.<\/li>
        10. Customers with an active redDATA monthly recurring VAS active cannot purchase the 1-time Add On redDATA VAS.<\/li>
        11. redDATA will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised quota at the end of the calendar month will not be carried forward to the following month.<\/li>
        12. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.<\/li>
