Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy Statement<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

redONE Group has adopted a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of bribery and corruption. We are committed to conducting our business ethically in every country where we do business, as well as complying with all applicable laws. This includes compliance with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (\u201cMACCA 2009).<\/p>\n

Corruption and bribery are criminal offences and are punishable for individuals by up to ten years\u2019 imprisonment and unlimited fine, and the company may face damage to reputation, financial loss and disbarment from business and other negative consequences.<\/p>\n

The Policy and Guidelines are not intended to provide definitive answers to all questions regarding bribery and corruption. Rather, they are intended to provide employees with a basic introduction to how redONE Group combats bribery and corruption in furtherance of the group\u2019s commitment to lawful and ethical behaviour at all times. Some of the guidelines are designed to prevent situations in which bribery and corrupt practices may take root.<\/p>\n

As such, redONE adopts all relevant provisions of the MACCA 2009, which also includes Section 17A (\u201cS17A\u201d) of the MACCA 2009, which specifically imposes liability on top management, for corrupt practices in particular the act of bribery, as committed by any employee of the company. This is known as corporate liability (\u201cCorporate Liability\u201d) and is afforded a defence by way of adequate procedures adopted by the company in accordance to the guidelines under S17A. The details are provided below in Section 6 \u2013 Scope of S17A of the MACCA 2009 of this policy document.<\/p>\n
