    You can register at any redONE<\/span> Mobile branch, store, or authorised partner in Sabah state only.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  4. \n Who is eligible to register for this new plan?<\/b>\n

    All new registrations and port-ins (MNP) from 16 June 2025 onwards are eligible (excluding corporate and M2M lines).<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    No, this plan is only open to new registrations or MNP port-in customers.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  7. \n Will I be tied to a contract if I register for this plan?<\/b>\n

    Yes, this plan comes with a 6-month contract. If you take a premium number, a 24-month contract will apply.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  8. \n What happens if I terminate or port out my number during the contract period?<\/b>\n

    A RM100 penalty fee will be charged, and you will no longer be eligible to receive the second FREE Sabah FC jersey.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  9. \n Can I register supplementary lines under the SFC48 plan?<\/b>\n

    Yes, you may register up to 6 supplementary lines.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  10. \n When will I receive the FREE Sabah FC jersey?<\/b>\n

    The first jersey will be given during registration once your line is \u201cActive.\u201d For the second jersey, you must keep the line active with a good payment record and redeem it after full payment of your sixth bill.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  11. \n My line was barred due to overdue payment. Am I still eligible to receive the FREE jersey?<\/b>\n

    You must settle all payments within the 6-month period before redONE<\/span> Mobile sends the jersey redemption notice. Ensure your line is active in the sixth month to be eligible for the second FREE jersey.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  12. \n My line has been suspended and terminated due to outstanding payments. Am I still eligible for the second jersey?<\/b>\n

      No, the redCALL<\/span> will be activated automatically once your SFC48 line is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    4. \n Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?<\/b>\n

        Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        An initial rebate of RM10 will be granted upon successful registration or port-in. The remaining RM50 will be credited as RM10 per month over the next five (5) billing cycles, automatically reflected in your monthly bill.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        Monthly access fee for SFC48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        The redCALL<\/span> VAS are bundled with the SFC48 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL<\/span>.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

      10. \n

        The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        In the SFC48 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:<\/p>\n

        The SFC48 plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

          The redCALL<\/span> Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

          The redCALL<\/span> VAS is bundled with the NEW SFC48 Postpaid plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

              The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:<\/p>\n

                Hotspot<\/b><\/p>\n

                  Hotspot data is bundled with the SFC48 plans and is not optional.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                  Hotspot data can only be used for data sharing within Malaysian networks. Data sharing while abroad is subject to data roaming charges. Customers will be charged based on the rates set by the respective roaming operators when using data while roaming with redONE<\/span> Mobile\u2019s international roaming partners.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                3. \n

                  Hotspot data will be automatically renewed on the 1st of every month.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                4. \n

                  Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unused hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                  If a customer switches from the SFC48 plan to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically forfeited.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n
