New RIMBA48 Postpaid Plan<\/b><\/p>\n\n

  1. \n What is this new Postpaid plan about?<\/b>\n

    The new Postpaid plan comes with a high-speed 5G data quota every month! No need to worry about extra charges if you use up your data\u2014your speed will simply be reduced to 64kbps until the next cycle.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  2. \n How long is this offer?<\/b>\n

    This is an offer effective from 4 July 2025.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  3. \n Where can I sign up for these plans?<\/b>\n

    You may register with a selected redONE<\/span> Mobile partner in Negeri Sembilan or easily self-register online at any time.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  4. \n Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?<\/b>\n

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  5. \n How much do I need to pay upon registration?<\/b>\n

    The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE<\/span> Mobile is less than 6 months.<\/p>\n

    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  7. \n Do I need to activate\/ subscribe the hotspot data?<\/b>\n

    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your Postpaid RIMBA48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  8. \n What happens if I use up all my hotspot data?<\/b>\n

    Data sharing will be temporarily blocked. To continue sharing, you can purchase a 10GB booster or a Data Top-Up.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  9. \n If I haven’t used up all my base and hotspot data, can I carry over the unused quota to next month?<\/b>\n

    Unfortunately, your Internet and Hotspot quota are only valid until the end of the month. Any unused data won\u2019t carry over and will be forfeited.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      redCALL<\/span> is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    2. \n Do I need to activate\/ subscribe redCALL<\/span>?<\/b>\n

      No, the redCALL<\/span> will be activated automatically once your Postpaid RIMBA48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    3. \n I don\u2019t want the redCALL<\/span> service. Can I terminate it?<\/b>\n

      No, you cannot terminate the redCALL<\/span> service. It is bundled with the Postpaid RIMBA48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    4. \n Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?<\/b>\n

      The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    5. \n Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?<\/b>\n

      Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    6. \n Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?<\/b>\n

      Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    7. \n What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?<\/b>\n

        Monthly access fee for Postpaid RIMBA48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        Advance Payment and Registration Fee are required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month\u2019s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month\u2019s bill.<\/p>\n

        The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

        In the Postpaid RIMBA48 first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:<\/p>\n

              The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:<\/p>\n

                Hotspot<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                  Hotspot data comes with the NEW Postpaid RIMBA48 plan and is not optional.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                  The hotspot data can be utilized for sharing data within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE<\/span> roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE<\/span>\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                3. \n

                  Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st<\/sup> of every month.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                4. \n

                  Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n

                5. \n

                  In any event where the customer changes his\/her subscribed plan from the Postpaid RIMBA48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n
