Any additional charges, customer will need to pay manually.<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"5\"><li>In the event for whatever reason seen or unforeseen, the Customer terminates this agreement for the Plan before the completion of the Contract Period, he \/ she is subject to penalty to be imposed by red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span>.<\/li><li>In the event the Customer ceases to become a Government officer during the Contract Period, and has lost the facility to have his \/ her salary deducted by way of ANGKASA salary deduction scheme, he\/she must continue to pay for the monthly Mukmin58 plan or Mukmin88 plan or the Mukmin188 Plan, where applicable.<\/li><li>The Plan comprises of the red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span> mobile service (\u201cthe Service\u201d) and the chosen smart mobile device (\u201cthe Device\u201d).<\/li><li>Monthly payment of the Plan will be the complete payment for both the Service and the Device.<\/li><li>The Customer shall not be allowed to make the Service payment and the Device payment separately.<\/li><li>The Customer hereby agree to allow a part of his \/ her salary to be deducted as payment for Mukmin58 plan or Mukmin88 plan or the Mukmin188 Plan, which is to be paid to red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span>. This deduction will be made to ANGKASA Service Bureau.<\/li><li>The Customer declares that he \/ she understands all the instructions and rules set and draw by the Government and ANGKASA from time to time with regards to the deduction of his \/ her salary.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Device Terms and Conditions (Mukmin188)<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>By accepting this plan, customer will enjoy one device instalment at the price as offered by redONE Network on our website and or sales material, which is exclusive of all applicable taxes (\u201cDevice Instalment\u201d). For clarity, subject to your eligibility check on your salary deduction, you may purchase and sign up to two units with two master account.<\/li><li>Device ownership \u2013 customer will gain ownership of the device after 36 months.<\/li><li>Customer shall not:-<\/li><li>Terminate device instalment plan within contract period.<\/li><li>Port out to another service provider within contract period<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Change rate plan within contract period<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Change or transfer ownership within contract period.<\/li><li>Customer to agree that red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span> has the rights to impose the instalment remaining balances if customer wishes to terminate the contract. Device remaining balance charge is calculated as below:<\/li><li>36 months contract: (Device Instalment Charges X Contract Remaining Months)<\/li><li>Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the device at all times and shall continue to pay instalment fee for the commitment period.<\/li><li>Customers accept and acknowledge that the device title and ownership does not belong to the customer during the commitment period. The device is provided under this plan to customer and customer are accountable for the use and safety of the device. Nothing in this SSTC shall be construed as transferring the title or ownership of the device to customer unless otherwise expressly stated. customer shall not directly or indirectly give or allow another person to give any interest in or lien over the device. Customer shall promptly, at own costs and expenses, take all such actions as may be necessary to duly discharge or eliminate any such liens over the device upon obtaining actual knowledge thereof.<\/li><li>Warranty will be under manufacturer.<\/li><li>Device cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/li><li>The Plan is not valid with any other offers and\/or incentives, which have or may have been offered by red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span> under any other offers from time to time.<\/li><li>The use of the Service is subject to the postpaid general Terms &amp; Conditions (\u201cT&amp;C\u201d) at www.redonemobile.com.my\/eng\/terms-and-conditions\/ (\u201cGen T&amp;C\u201d), red<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ONE<\/span>\u2019s fair use policy at www.redonemobile.com.my\/en\/fair-use-policy\/ (\u201cFUP\u201d).<\/li><li>The T&amp;C and the General T&amp;C and the FUP will be read side by side at all times.<\/li><li>We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this T&amp;C, the Plan and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plan and Service(s) at www.redonemobile.com.my, including changes to the Gen TC and other applicable terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and\/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision\/change to the terms and conditions of Services and\/or Plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions\/changes and you shall be bound by the same.
