          All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes (excluding M2M).<\/li><\/ol>
          1. How much do I need to pay upon registration?<\/strong>
            A registration fee and advance payment are required when signing up as per below table:<\/li><\/ol>

                                                        6. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.<\/li>
                                                        7. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.<\/li>
                                                        8. Monthly access fee for TRWFC48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.<\/li>
                                                        9. The redCALL VAS are bundled with the TRWFC48 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for red<\/li>
                                                        10. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.<\/li>
                                                        11. In the TRWFC48 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:<\/li><\/ol>

Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 64Kbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.<\/li>
                                                          3. Change plan request to the NEW TRWFC48 plan is not allowed.<\/li><\/ol>

                                                            red<\/strong>CALL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                                                            1. The redCALL<\/span> Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.<\/li>
                                                            2. The redCALL<\/span> VAS is bundled with the TRWFC48 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.<\/li>
                                                            3. Unlimited voice calls include:
                                                              • All domestic calls to redONE<\/span> Postpaid, redONE<\/span> Prepaid and other mobile operators<\/li>
                                                              • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                                                              • CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:<\/li><\/ol>

                                                                    3. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:<\/li><\/ol>
                                                                        • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia<\/li>
                                                                        • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device\/software\/application)<\/li>
                                                                        • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours<\/li>
                                                                        • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling<\/li>
                                                                        • Used for call centre and telemarketing<\/li>
                                                                        • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication (M2M).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                          Hotspot <\/strong><\/p>

                                                                          1. Hotspot data comes with the TRTWFC48 Postpaid plan and is not optional.<\/li>
                                                                          2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE<\/span> roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE<\/span>\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/li>
                                                                          3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month and will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.<\/li>
                                                                          4. In any event where the customer wants to change his\/her subscribed plan from TRTWFC48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.<\/li>
                                                                          5. Once the hotspot data is fully used, data sharing will be blocked. Customer can purchase a Data Top Up to continue using hotspot data.<\/li><\/ol>

                                                                            FREE TRW FC Jersey Redemption<\/strong><\/p>

                                                                            1. Get your FREE TRW FC Home jersey when you subscribe to the postpaid TRWFC48 plan at only RM48.<\/li>
                                                                            2. Each eligible customer is entitled to receive one (1) complimentary TRW FC Home Jersey per successfully registered TRWFC48 line.<\/li>
                                                                            3. Customers who register a new line under the TRWFC48 plan will receive their FREE TRW FC Home Jersey upon successful registration and activation of the line.<\/li>
                                                                            4. Customers who port-in from another service provider to redONE<\/span> under the TRWFC48 plan are eligible to claim their FREE TRW FC Home Jersey once their port-in request has been successfully completed.<\/li><\/ol>

                                                                                1. The TRWFC48 plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty Master Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line.<\/li>
                                                                                2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
                                                                                  • Master Account Plan: TRWFC48 only<\/li>
                                                                                  • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date)<\/li>
                                                                                  • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)<\/li>
                                                                                  • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed<\/li>
