      No. This plan does not support shared quota consumption. Each line has its own dedicated data quota allocation.<\/li>

                  It is FREE for the first 5 years<\/b>. From the 61st month onwards, a monthly fee of RM10 will apply.<\/li>
                3. Is this new benefit available to my existing Member Lines?<\/b>
                  No. This offer is only valid for Member Lines activated on or after 1 October 2025<\/b>. Member Lines activated before this date are not eligible.<\/li>
                4. Is the redCALL<\/span> service mandatory?<\/b>
                  Yes. It is a mandatory Value Added Service (VAS) for all new Member Lines activated from 1 October 2025 onwards.<\/li>

                        Accounts created before 1 October 2025 will remain on their old plans. Your existing Member Lines will not get redCALL<\/span>. If you have not used all your allocated Member Lines, any new ones you add after 1 October 2025<\/b> will be on the new plan and will include redCALL<\/span>. This means a single family plan can have a mix of old and new Member Lines.

                          1. Main Line Requirement:<\/b>
                            Every postpaidFAMILY account requires one (1) active Main Line (also referred to as Principal Line). Main Line subscription must be completed at initial registration or MNP port-in before adding Member Lines.<\/li>
                          2. Billing Information:<\/b>
                            All charges, fees, and usage under the postpaidFAMILY account including its associated Member Lines shall be consolidated and billed directly under the Main Line account.<\/li>
                          3. Data Quota Allocation:<\/b>
                            Each line under the postpaidFAMILY plan will have its own dedicated data quota. Customers may customize the data quota allocation for the Main Line and Member Lines according to their preference, subject to a maximum total allocation of 1,000GB across all lines. Different lines may be allocated different data quota amounts.<\/li>
                          4. Post-Activation Quota Fixity:<\/b>
                            Once activated, the selected quota profile is strictly fixed and non-transferable. Subscribers cannot alter, downgrade, or upgrade their selected quota.<\/li>

                            Quota combinations are limited to authorized configurations. Requests will only be accepted if they fall within the designated quota profiles, maximum line entitlements, and total allocation limits.<\/li>

                            1. postpaidFAMILY Member Lines are supplementary lines that can be added under postpaidFAMILY Plans.<\/li>
                            2. Member Lines can be activated anytime later after Main Line is activated.<\/li>
                            3. Add or replace Member Lines can be done anytime via any redONE<\/span> Partner outlet, official store or Postpaid 1App.<\/li>
                            4. Effective 1 October 2025, all newly activated Member Lines will include FREE unlimited calls within Malaysia for the first 60 months.<\/b><\/li>
                            5. From the 61st month onwards, a fee of RM10\/month will apply for the Member Lines activated from 1st October 2025 onwards.<\/b><\/li>
                            6. Each Member Line comes with its own bundled high-speed data quota. Once the quota is used up, speeds will be reduced to 64kbps. If you’d like to continue using high-speed internet, you can purchase a Data Top-Up.<\/li>
                            7. Member Lines do not receive separate bills\u2014charges are managed under the Main Line account.<\/li>
                            8. Member Lines cannot be upgraded or downgraded individually.<\/li>

                              Data Usage<\/b><\/p>

                              1. Peer-to-peer (P2P) sharing isn’t supported on this plan.<\/li>
                              2. Each line operates under its individually assigned high-speed data quota. Data quota is strictly non-transferable between lines.<\/li>
                              3. Upon 100% utilization of a line’s allocated high-speed data quota, internet speeds for that line will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps until next billing cycle.<\/li>
                              4. Subscribers requiring high-speed connectivity after exhausting their assigned quota may purchase Data Top-Up.<\/li>
                              5. All bundled data quotas, hotspot usage, and voice minutes are intended exclusively for domestic usage within Malaysia and are not valid while international roaming.<\/li><\/ol>


                                Migration and Upgrades<\/b><\/p>

                                1. Eligible existing postpaid customers may migrate into any of the following plans:
                                  • postpaidFAMILY 98<\/li>
                                  • postpaidFAMILY 108<\/li>
                                  • postpaidFAMILY 128<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                                  • Customers will retain their existing mobile number (MSISDN) without change during the migration process.<\/li>
                                  • A non-refundable administrative fee of RM10 will be charged for each successful change-of-plan request into a postpaidFAMILY plan.<\/li>
                                  • Direct plan change or upgrade from a postpaidFAMILY plan back to standard non-family postpaid plans is strictly prohibited.<\/li><\/ol>


                                    Billing and Charges<\/b><\/p>

                                    1. You’re required to pay the full Monthly Fee, even if you don’t fully use the services during that month or your Member Line is not activated during initial sign-up.<\/li>
                                    2. Any usage beyond what’s included in the Monthly Fee will be billed monthly.<\/li>
                                    3. Charges for other services such as IDD and international roaming are not included in the Monthly Fee and will be billed separately.<\/li>

                                    9. Plan changes to postpaidFAMILY are allowed for eligible existing Postpaid customers, but direct upgrades from postpaidFAMILY to standard non-family plans are not allowed unless all Member Lines are removed or terminated.<\/li>
                                    10. Please note that if the postpaidFAMILY Main Line is terminated by redONE<\/span> Mobile or by you for any reason whatsoever, all other Service(s) under the redONE<\/span> postpaidFAMILY will be terminated.<\/li><\/ol>


                                      redCALL<\/span><\/b><\/p>

                                      1. redCALL<\/span> is a mandatory Value-Added Service for postpaidFAMILY Main Lines, as well as for all Member Lines activated from 1 October 2025 onwards, providing unlimited voice calls within Malaysia at RM10\/month.<\/li>
                                      2. Member Lines activated on or after 1 October 2025 will enjoy redCALL<\/span> free of charge for the first 60 months. From the 61st month onwards, the service can be continued at RM10\/month.<\/li>
                                      3. For Member Lines activated before 1 October 2025, the bundled redCALL<\/span> is not applicable. However, they may still subscribe to the service at RM10\/month.<\/li>
                                      4. The unlimited calls include:
                                        • Calls to all Malaysian mobile numbers
                                          (including redONE<\/span> Postpaid & Prepaid).<\/li>
                                        • Calls to all Malaysian fixed line numbers.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                                        • The following are excluded<\/b> from the unlimited voice calls:
                                          • Calls to special numbers (1300, 1700, 1600, 1MOCC).<\/li>
