  1. What is red2OWN?<\/b>
    red2OWN is a rental programme for the Samsung Bespoke AI WindFree appliance. Customers pay a monthly rental fee throughout the rental period.

  2. How long is the rental period?<\/b>
    The rental period is 60 months (5 years), starting from the first day of the month following the installation date.

  3. How do I pay the monthly rental fee?<\/b>
    Monthly rental payments are made through direct debit\/auto debit from your debit card or bank account. Other payment methods may be subject to a RM10 monthly handling fee.

  4. Is installation included?<\/b>
    Yes. Standard installation is provided at no additional charge. Any non-standard installation fees will be charged separately by the appointed technician and disclosed before installation.

  5. What happens if I need to cancel my installation appointment?<\/b>
    A RM100 inconvenience fee may apply if you cancel a scheduled appointment, are not present when the technician arrives, or the installation cannot proceed because the required site preparation has not been completed.

  6. Is the appliance covered by warranty?<\/b>
    Yes. The appliance is covered by warranty throughout the rental period, subject to the applicable warranty terms. The warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials under normal use.

  7. Is maintenance included?<\/b>
    Yes. Maintenance services are provided throughout the rental period and include four mandatory annual service cycles by authorised technicians.

  8. Can I cancel the mandatory annual service?<\/b>
    Customers are required to allow the mandatory annual service to be carried out. If a scheduled service is cancelled, no replacement annual service will be provided.

  9. Can I move the appliance to another location?<\/b>
    You must obtain redON<\/span>\u2019s written approval before relocating the appliance. Any approved relocation costs will be borne by the customer.

  10. Can I use third-party parts or accessories?<\/b>
    No. Only authorised parts, filters and accessories should be used. Using third-party items may void the warranty and any related costs may be charged to the customer.

  11. Who owns the appliance during the rental period?<\/b>
    The appliance remains the property of redON<\/span>\u00a0throughout the 60-month rental period.

  12. Will I own the appliance after 5 years?<\/b>
    Yes. Once you have completed the full rental period and all monthly rental payments have been made on time, ownership of the appliance will automatically transfer to you at no additional cost.

  13. Can I terminate the rental early?<\/b>
    Early termination is subject to the terms of the agreement. If you terminate before the end of the 60-month rental period, an early termination penalty equivalent to the total remaining monthly rental fees will apply.

  14. What happens if I miss my monthly payment?<\/b>
    redON<\/span>\u00a0will issue reminders and may take further action if payments remain outstanding. Maintenance services may be suspended if rental payments are unpaid for three consecutive months or more.

  15. What happens if the appliance is lost or cannot be retrieved?<\/b>
    An Appliance Loss Fee may apply, based on the total remaining rental fees for the rest of the rental period.
