    \n The Mukmin 188, 248, and 288 plans are specially designed for government servants. You can pay via a 36-month 0% interest installment plan through ANGKASA salary deduction.\n <\/li>\n\n

    \n This is an offer effective from 21 September 2026.\n <\/li>\n\n
  3. \n Where can I sign up for these plans?<\/b>

  4. \n Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Mukmin plans?<\/b>
    \n Eligible customers include individuals employed in the government sector or government-linked companies (GLCs). Applicable to customers aged between eighteen (18) and fifty-two (52) years old.\n <\/li>\n\n
  5. \n How much do I need to pay upon registration?<\/b>
    \n RM60 Registration Fee is required upon registration.\n <\/li>\n\n
  6. \n I am a government employee and currently subscribed to the postpaidPLUS38 plan. Can I upgrade to the new Mukmin Plan?<\/b>
    \n The new Mukmin Plans are exclusively available for new registrations. Customers are encouraged to either subscribe with a new number or port-in from another telco to sign up for a Mukmin Plan.\n <\/li>\n\n
  7. \n What is the main condition of this program?<\/b>
    \n Monthly payments are made through ANGKASA salary deductions, and this plan is eligible for government employees whose pay slip deductions do not exceed 60% of their fixed income.\n <\/li>\n\n

    \n The salary deduction is a fixed amount. If you purchase additional data via the redONE<\/span> 1App, you will need to make the payment manually by yourself.\n <\/li>\n\n
  11. \n My Mukmin Plan contract has ended and I have no outstanding bill. How can I stop salary deduction and pay manually via the redONE<\/span> 1App?<\/b>
    \n If your contract has ended and there is no outstanding bill, you can email our team at\n bizdev.support@redone.com.my<\/a>\n to request stopping the salary deduction.\n <\/li>\n\n
  12. \n I want to terminate my Mukmin Plan. Can I call the redONE<\/span> Mobile Customer Service or must I visit a redONE<\/span> Mobile store?<\/b>
