    1. Do all Internet plans come with validity extensions?<\/b>

      Yes. All The ONE Prepaid plan or ONE passes come with validity extensions which will not stack with existing validity and will add on to the latest date.<\/p>

      (e.g.) When you reload RM30 on 5th March 2025, the validity will extend for 30 days to 23:59, 4th April 2026. If you purchase the ONE35 plan on 10th March 2026, the validity will be further extended until 9th April 2026.<\/p><\/li>

    2. What happens if I purchase another mobile internet plan while having an existing mobile internet plan?<\/b>

      The existing mobile internet plan will be expired and the balance quota will be forfeited.<\/p>

      Customer is advised to purchase another mobile internet plan after the bundled quota have been fully utilized or the validity have expired.<\/p><\/li>

    3. What are \u201cboosters\u201d and how do I subscribe to them?<\/b>
      Boosters are additional Internet that you can add on when a mobile internet plan is active. You can purchase the boosters via the \u201cAdd Ons\u201d section via your Prepaid App.<\/li>
    4. Are the unlimited calls truly unlimited?<\/b>

      Unlimited calls apply to standard domestic voice calls only and exclude:<\/p>

            All new prepaid registrations are subject to enhanced registration requirements to improve customer protection and prevent fraudulent activities. Key changes include:<\/p>

            • MyKad holders registering through self-service channels must complete e-verification via MyDigital ID.<\/li>
            • Non MyKad customers are required to present their original identification document. Foreign citizens must also provide additional valid student visa or a working permit during the registration process.<\/li>
            • Customers aged 12 to 17 years old (inclusive) require consent from their parent(s) or guardian. Both the parent(s) or guardian and the minor applicant must be present for verification.<\/li>
            • The maximum SIM registration limit is five (5) SIMs for MyKad holders and two (2) SIMs for Non MyKad holders.<\/li><\/ul>

                                4. Early Termination:<\/b> If the customer unsubscribes from the ONE MI plan before expiry, the Booster will be automatically terminated and any unused Booster quota will be forfeited.<\/li>
                                5. No Account Extension:<\/b> The Booster does not extend account validity. Any unused Booster quota will be forfeited upon expiry of the MI plan.<\/li>

Conversion Approval<\/b>redONE<\/span> Mobile reserves the right to accept or reject any Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion request at its sole discretion where the customer does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements or where the conversion cannot be completed for any operational, technical, regulatory or other valid reason.<\/li>
                                            3. Additional Verification<\/b>The customer may be required to complete additional verification, SIM registration or activation procedures as determined by redONE<\/span> Mobile.<\/li>
                                            4. Liability for Delays<\/b>redONE<\/span> shall not be responsible for any delay in the conversion or activation process arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including system, network, technical, regulatory or third-party related issues.<\/li>
                                            5. Prepaid Balance and Benefits<\/b>Upon successful conversion from redONE<\/span> Prepaid to Postpaid, any remaining Prepaid balance or credit in the customer\u2019s Prepaid account will be forfeited.<\/li>

Non-Transferable Benefits<\/b>Any remaining Prepaid balance or credit, including unused data, voice minutes, SMS, promotional credits, rewards and other Prepaid benefits, will be forfeited upon successful conversion. No refund, transfer or carry-forward of such balance or benefits to the Postpaid account will be provided.<\/li>
                                            7. Utilisation of Prepaid Balance<\/b>Customers are advised to utilise any remaining Prepaid balance or benefits before proceeding with the conversion.<\/li>

Customer Acknowledgement<\/b>By submitting or confirming the Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion request, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any remaining Prepaid balance, credit and\/or unused Prepaid benefits will be forfeited upon successful conversion and that no refund, transfer or carry-forward will be provided.<\/li>
