      Terms & Conditions for Amazing58 and Amazing38\u00a0
      <\/strong><\/b><\/p>

      1. Monthly access fee for Amazing38 and Amazing58 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.<\/li>
      2. The redCALL, redSOCIAL and redVIDEO Daily VAS are bundled with the Amazing38 and Amazing58 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged for redCALL.<\/li>
      3. The bundled data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.<\/li>
      4. The data bundle for Amazing38 and Amazing58\u2019s first bill will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

      7. These plans are NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.<\/li>

      9. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month\u2019s commitment fee.<\/li><\/ol>

        1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.\u00a0<\/li>
        2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.<\/li>
        3. Unlimited voice calls include:
          1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
          2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers\u00a0<\/li>
        4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
          1. Calls to 1300 \/ 1700 \/ 1600 \/ 1MOCC numbers
          2. Calls to special and premium numbers
          3. Video calls

        5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.<\/li>
        6. In any event where the customer wants to change his\/her subscribed plan from NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.\u00a0<\/li>

          \u2022 Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

          1. The redSOCIAL monthly recurring offers 10GB (4G LTE) all day usage to 4 (FOUR) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) every day until the end of the month or until the redSOCIAL data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 10GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redSOCIAL VAS.<\/li>
          2. The redSOCIAL is bundled with the NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional.\u00a0<\/li>
          3. The 10GB data can only be used for streaming 4 (FOUR) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) only. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.<\/li>
          4. The redSOCIAL quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.<\/li>
          5. redSOCIAL can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/li>
          6. The redSOCIAL will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.<\/li>
          7. In any event where the customer wants to change his\/her subscribed plan from Amazing38 and Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redSOCIAL will be automatically terminated.<\/li><\/ol>

            redVIDEO<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

            1. The redVIDEO Daily offers 1GB data per day for Amazing58 plan and 500MB data per day for Amazing38 plan exclusively for video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO Daily data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redVIDEO VAS.<\/li>
            2. The redVIDEO Daily VAS is bundled with the Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional.<\/li>
            3. The redVIDEO Daily data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.<\/li>
            4. The redVIDEO Daily will expire at the end of the calendar month.<\/li>
