  1. What is this offer all about<\/span>?<\/b>
    <\/b>Our new redplanBORNEO38 Postpaid plan includes a monthly high-speed 5G\/4G data quota. If you use up your\u00a0<\/span>data, you won\u2019t be charged extra\u2014your speed will just be reduced to 64kbps until the next billing cycle. You also\u00a0<\/span>have the option to upgrade your plan or add a supplementary line, which even comes with a free phone after 6\u00a0<\/span>months<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  2. How long is this offer?<\/b>
    <\/b>This offer starts from 23 February 2026 until further notice.<\/span><\/span><\/li>

    6. The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only <\/span>within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>

      redCALL<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/p>

      1. The redCALL <\/span><\/span>Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for <\/span>domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      2. The redCALL<\/span><\/span> VAS is bundled with the<\/span> redplanBORNEO38<\/span> plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be <\/span>charged to the bill<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Unlimited voice calls include:<\/span>
        • All domestic calls to redONE<\/span><\/span> Postpaid, redONE<\/span> Prepaid and other mobile operators<\/li>
        • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:<\/span>
          • Calls to 1300 \/ 1700 \/ 1600 \/ 1MOCC numbers<\/span><\/li>

          • The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:<\/span>
            • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia<\/span><\/li>
            • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device\/software\/application)<\/span><\/li>
            • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours<\/span><\/li>
            • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling<\/span><\/li>
            • Used for call centre and telemarketing<\/span><\/li>
            • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

              Hotspot<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

              1. Hotspot data comes with the<\/span> redplanBORNEO38<\/span> Postpaid plan and is not optional.<\/span><\/li>
              2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are <\/span>subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the <\/span>respective red<\/span>ONE<\/span> Mobile roaming operators for data usage while roaming with red<\/span>ONE<\/span> Mobile<\/span>\u2019s overseas <\/span>roaming partners.<\/span><\/li>
              3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.<\/li>
              4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilized hotspot data will not be carried forward <\/span>to the following month.<\/span><\/li>
              5. In any event where the customer wants to change his\/her subscribed plan from<\/span> redplanBORNEO38<\/span> to another <\/span>plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.<\/span><\/li>
              6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the Data <\/span>Top Up to continue using data sharing.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                Fast Track Loyalty \u2013 Free Phone<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                1. The<\/span> redplanBORNEO38<\/span> plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty <\/span>Master Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>
                2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
                  • Master Account Plan: redplanBORNEO38 only<\/li>
                  • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date)<\/li>
                  • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)<\/li>
                  • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed<\/li>
                  • Not under any contract<\/li>
                  • Neither the Master nor Supplementary line is under the Loyalty Project Device Bundle contract<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                  • All Master Accounts registered under the same NRIC must have no outstanding or overdue payments at the <\/span>time of application.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
                  • Only lines that is successfully upgraded is eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Master Account customers who take up this offer, their account\u2019s contract period will reset to 24 months <\/span>(devicePRO68) or 36 months (devicePRO98).<\/span><\/li>
                  • Individual billing is NOT allowed.<\/li>
