        Plan Eligibility and Registration Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        1. This plan is<\/span> strictly available for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) port-in customers only<\/span>.<\/span>
          M2M (Machine-to-Machine) customers are not eligible.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Customers may register the plan as either a<\/span> Master account<\/span><\/strong> or a<\/span> Supplementary account.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
        3. Each<\/span> Master account<\/span><\/strong> can register up to a<\/span> maximum of six (6) Supplementary accounts.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
        4. A<\/span> registration fee<\/span><\/strong> of RM10<\/span> is required. For<\/span> non-Malaysian citizens<\/span>, a deposit equivalent to the<\/span> approved monthly <\/span>credit limit<\/span> will be charged at registration.<\/span><\/li>
        5. All prices shown are exclusive of service tax<\/span>, which will be reflected in your monthly bill.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          General Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

          6. The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only <\/span>within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>

          9. In the event of termination, the final bill will not be prorated. The full monthly commitment fee will be charged.<\/li><\/ol>

            redCALL<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/p>

            1. The redCALL <\/span><\/span>Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.<\/span><\/li>
            2. The redCALL<\/span><\/span> VAS is bundled with the redplanPLUS48 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.<\/span><\/li>
            3. Unlimited voice calls include:<\/span>
              1. All domestic calls to redONE<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Postpaid, redONE<\/span>\u00a0Prepaid and other mobile operators<\/li>
              2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              3. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:<\/span>
                1. Calls to 1300 \/ 1700 \/ 1600 \/ 1MOCC numbers<\/span><\/li>

                7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:<\/span>
                  • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia<\/span><\/li>
                  • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device\/software\/application)<\/span><\/li>
                  • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours<\/span><\/li>
                  • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling<\/span><\/li>
                  • Used for call centre and telemarketing<\/span><\/li>
                  • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

                    Hotspot\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

                    1. Hotspot data comes with the<\/span> redplanPLUS48<\/span> Postpaid plan and is not optional<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>
                    2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are <\/span>subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the <\/span>respective red<\/span>ONE<\/span> roaming operators for data usage while roaming with red<\/span>ONE<\/span>\u2019s overseas roaming partners.<\/span><\/li>
                    3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.<\/span><\/li>
                    4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward <\/span>to the following month.<\/span><\/li>
                    5. In any event where the customer wants to change his\/her subscribed plan from<\/span> redplanPLUS48<\/span> to another plan, <\/span>the hotspot data will be automatically terminated<\/span><\/li>
                    6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the Data <\/span>Top Up to continue using data sharing<\/span>.<\/li><\/ol>

                      Fast Track Loyalty \u2013 Free Phone<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                      1. The<\/span> redplanPLUS48<\/span> plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty Master <\/span>Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line.<\/span><\/li>
                      2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
                        • Master Account Plan:<\/span> redplanPLUS48<\/span> only<\/span><\/li>
                        • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up <\/span>date or MNP successful port in date)<\/span><\/li>
                        • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)<\/span><\/li>
                        • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not <\/span>allowed<\/span><\/li>
                        • Not under any contract<\/span><\/li>
                        • Neither the Master nor Supplementary line is under the Loyalty Project Device Bundle contract<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                        • All Master Accounts registered under the same NRIC must have no outstanding or overdue payments at the <\/span>time of application.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Only lines that is successfully upgraded is eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Master Account customers who take up this offer, their account\u2019s contract period will reset to 24 months <\/span>(devicePRO68) or 36 months (devicePRO98).<\/span><\/li>
