  1. What is the new redDATA monthly recurring Value-Added Service (VAS)?
    The new redDATA is an auto-recurring VAS that offers unlimited data (speed capped at 3Mbps) at only RM40 per subscription.
  2. Is redDATA a permanent VAS offered by redONE ?
    Yes it is available for subscription starting from 3 September 2020.
  3. Where can I subscribe to redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    The redDATA is exclusively for 20GB base plan customers with tenure more than 6 months & above customer. You can subscribe to the redDATA monthly recurring VAS via three (3) ways:
    a. Send to 23388 or
    b. 1APP or
    c. Dialing *123# 
  4. I sent to 23388. How do I know that my subscription has been activated?
    You will receive a SMS notification to inform you that your subscription is successful within 10 minutes.
  5. Who can subscribe to the redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    redDATA monthly recurring VAS is available exclusively to all 20GB base plan redONE Postpaid customers with tenure more than 6 months & above customer.
  6. What can I use the Unlimited data for?
    The Unlimited Data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on both 3G/4G networks.
  7. Are there any charges for the SMS I sent to 23388?
    Yes. The standard RM0.15 per SMS per reply will be charged to your bill.
  8. I have purchase the 1-time Add-on redDATA on 21 September 2020. I would like to subscribe to the redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    A subscription to the redDATA monthly recurring VAS while the 1-time Add-on redDATA is active, will result to the active 1-time Add-on redDATA balance data quota being FORFEITED. You are advised to only subscribe once your previous redDATA 1-time Add-on quota is used up or expired.
  9. How do I unsubscribe to redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    You can contact our Customer Care to unsubscribe your redDATA monthly recurring VAS.
  10. I have terminated my subscription to redDATA monthly recurring VAS. Can I subscribe to redDATA monthly recurring VAS again?
    Yes, you can resubscribe via 1App, by dialling *123# or by sending to 23388 or by contacting Customer Care. RM40 per month will be charged to your bill for every successful subscription to redDATA monthly recurring VAS.
  11. Am I allowed to share my redDATA Unlimited data with other devices via mobile hotspot?
    The Unlimited data is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.
  12. Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    No, there is no contract for redDATA monthly recurring VAS. You can choose to terminate the redDATA monthly recurring VAS at anytime you want. However, the subscription fee will not be pro-rated and a full month subscription fee will be charged to your bill.
  13. I am a RP8 customer. Can I subscribe to redDATA monthly recurring VAS?
    No, you cannot.
  14. I was on the Amazing 58 plan when I subscribe to the new redDATA monthly recurring VAS on the 10 October 2020. However, I have requested to change my current Amazing 58 plan to Amazing38 plan on 28 October 2020. Will my redDATA monthly recurring VAS subscription continue?
    No, the redDATA monthly recurring VAS is exclusively for customers with a 20GB base plan.
  15. When can I utilise the redDATA monthly recurring VAS unlimited data quota?
    You can utilise the redDATA monthly recurring VAS unlimited data quota at any time.
  16. What is the speed of the unlimited data for redDATA ?
    The speed of the redDATA streaming is at 3Mbps speed.
  17. Can I enjoy the Unlimited Data when I am overseas?
    No, the Unlimited Data are available for domestic usage only.  Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.

  1. What is the new redDATA 1-time Add-on Value-Added Service (VAS)?
    The new redDATA is an 1-time Add-on VAS that offers unlimited data (speed capped at 3Mbps) at only RM50 per purchase.
  2. Is redDATA a permanent VAS offered by redONE?
    Yes, the 1-time Add-on VAS is available for purchase starting 3 September 2020.
  3. How can I purchase the redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS?
    You can purchase to the redDATA 1-time Add-on VAS via two (2) ways:

    Yes, you can. For each successful purchase, a RM50 will be charged to your bill.
  10. What is the speed of the unlimited data for redDATA streaming?
    The speed of the unlimited data quota for redDATA streaming is capped at 3Mbps speed.
  11. I am a RP8 customer. Can I purchase the redDATA?
    No, you cannot.
  12. Can I enjoy the Unlimited Data when I am overseas?
    No, the Unlimited Data are available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.
redDATA Monthly Recurring
 
  1. The new redDATA monthly recurring Value-Added Service (VAS) is valid from 3 September 2020.
  2. The new redDATA monthly recurring VAS is valid for all 20GB base plan customers with tenure more than 6 months & above customers.
  3. redDATA is NOT available for any other redONE plans (e.g. RP8, Amazing8, Amazing28+, Voice48).
  4. The new redDATA monthly recurring VAS offers unlimited data@3Mbps every day until the end of the month.
  5. redDATA monthly recurring VAS is a subscription based VAS and will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month unless redDATA has been terminated.
  6. The monthly fee for redDATA monthly recurring VAS is not pro-rated. Customers will be charged a full RM40 in the bill upon successful subscription.
  7. A subscription to the redDATA recurring VAS while the 1-time Add On redDATA is active, the active 1-time Add On redDATA will be auto terminated. Customer is advised to only subscribe once your previous 1-time Add On redDATA validity have ended.
  8. If the customer adds the redDATA monthly recurring VAS subscription at any time within the month, any previous usage will be charged normal rate and is not calculated under the redDATA monthly recurring VAS data bucket. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the redDATA monthly recurring VAS data bucket.
  9. Customers can subscribe the recurring redDATA VAS at any time.
  10. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  11. You can only subscribe to one (1) redDATA monthly recurring VAS.
  12. redDATA can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  13. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.
  14. Customers with an active redDATA monthly recurring VAS active is not allowed to purchase the 1-time Add On redDATA VAS.
  15. Customers can request for termination at any time. The redDATA data quota will be forfeited upon successful termination. Customer is advised to terminate redDATA before the start of the next bill cycle.
  16. In the event the customer terminates redDATA, the customer will be charged a full one (1) month subscription fee for the particular month even though the customer terminates redDATA at any time of the month. Customers are advised to terminate redDATA before the start of the next bill cycle.
  17. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.
  18. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
  19. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.redonemobile.com.my

redDATA 1-time Add on

  1. The new redDATA 1-time Add-on Value-Added Service (VAS) is valid from 3 September 2020.

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
  2. Logon to your preferred Internet Banking or Mobile Banking portal and look for the JomPAY icon.
  3. Enter the redONE Biller Code 8607, Reference-1 redONE Customer ID and payment amount, and you’re done!
