5G Home WiFi Plan
The redONE 5G Home WiFi Plan provides high-speed 5G/4G data for a superfast internet experience. Customers can choose either a SIM with a router or a SIM-only option.
The redONE 5G Home WiFi 88 Plan is available exclusively to Malaysians aged 18 and above.
The redONE 5G Home WiFi 68 Plan is available to both Malaysians and non-Malaysians aged 18 and above.
No. Plan changes are not allowed during the contract period.
You can subscribe to the redONE 5G Home WiFi plan through any redONE Partner or Retail Store.
This plan does not support calls and SMS. The redONE 5G Home WiFi Plans is for data usage only.
No, the service only works within Malaysia.
To cancel your redONE 5G Home WiFi 88 plan, visit us in-store. Please note that if you cancel your plan before your 24-month contract is up, you’ll need to pay:
RM88 x the number of remaining months, or
A minimum of RM450, whichever is higher.
redONE 5G Home WiFi 88 is 24 months contract and 5G Home WiFi 68 is 12 months.
Each customer is permitted to register for only ONE (1) home router, subject to an eligibility assessment. Any additional subscriptions will require an increased advance payment for each registration.
Best placement of 5G router:
Place your router in a central location close to a window where there is also a power source.
Concrete walls, metal doors can reduce cellular signal from the tower. Placement in basements should be avoided.
Signal strength: Once your device(s) is connected to the router, you can check the signal strength by checking the signal indicators on the Router or after logging into the 5G router web page on the connected device. If you do not have full network signal bars, try setting up the router in another location of your home.
For better WiFi Connection:
Minimize interference by trying to keep the following items no closer than 2~3 metres from your router: Cordless telephone base stations, microwaves, baby monitors, Bluetooth devices, wireless speaker systems.
Avoid congestion since adding additional devices to your Wi-Fi network may reduce the speed for all devices on that network.
Make sure you have a good Wi-Fi signal on your router.
You can connect any WiFi capable device in your home to the router such as laptops, phones, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and even smart home gadgets.
Yes, once your contract ends, the router is yours to keep.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt or proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
Please walk into any redONE Retail Store for a one-to-one replacement if your device is still within warranty period.
New 5G Home WiFi 88 Plan
General Terms
The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan is available from 22 September 2025.
This is a data-only SIM, which also supports hotspot sharing.
The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan is available exclusively to new number registrations and Mobile Number Portability (MNP) port-in customers. Customers under Machine-to-Machine (M2M) usage or foreign nationals are not eligible.
Customers may register under either a Master Account or a Supplementary Account.
A registration fee and advance payment are required. If a higher credit limit is requested, a standard deposit will apply in accordance with prevailing procedures.
All stated prices exclude service tax, which will be charged in the customer’s monthly bill.
The monthly access fee covers only the bundled high-speed data.

Note:
An advance payment of RM200 is required for the 5G Home WiFi 88 plan. This amount will be credited back to the customer’s monthly bill at RM20 per month over a period of ten (10) months.
The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan follows the device bundle line allocation rules applicable to all devices. Any additional lines beyond the allocated quota will require a higher advance payment of RM300 for the 5G Home WiFi 88 Higher Advance plan. This amount will be credited back to the customer’s monthly bill at RM30 per month over a period of ten (10) months.
The Bundle consists of the redONE Home 5G data service together with one (1) 5G modem-router device.
All prices stated exclude service tax, which will be charged in the customer’s monthly bill (excluding advance payments).
Subscription to the Bundle is subject to a minimum twenty-four (24) month commitment period, effective from the activation date.
Customers with outstanding balances or listed in the defaulters’ database are not eligible to subscribe.
For the 5G Home service, the bundled high-speed data will be prorated according to the customer’s actual usage:

Upon full utilisation of the bundled data, Internet speed will be throttled to 64kbps. Customers may purchase a Data Top-Up to restore high-speed connectivity.
An advance payment of RM200 is required for the 5G Home WiFi 88 plan. This amount will be credited back to the customer’s monthly bill at RM20 per month over a period of ten (10) months.
redONE reserves the right to suspend or block the device in the event of non-payment of service fees, monthly charges, or any failure to comply with subscription obligations.
Equipment
Availability & Warranty
Availability of the Device is subject to stock availability during the registration.
The image(s) shown on our website or promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the Device. We reserve the right to change the Device models with a device of comparable capability.
The warranty period for the Device is throughout the Commitment Period.
During the warranty period, if the Device is proven to be defective or your Device fault claim is proven to be due to manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the Device (1-to-1 exchange) without any additional cost imposed to you and subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to verify the Devices submitted for warranty replacement. If we find the Device to still be functional or have been tampered with in any way, we may impose a Device replacement fee equivalent to the price of a new Device.
The Device warranty does not cover the following incidents:
Damage, lost, stolen or defects to the Device caused by any act, omission, misuse, negligence, serial number removed or defaced;
The Device’s network operator-lock function has been deactivated; or
Other acts beyond our reasonable control.
You may visit your nearest redONE Retail Stores if you have any issues with the Device.

Note:
An Advance Payment and Registration Fee are required for new sign-ups. For customers porting in from other networks (MNP), the Advance Payment is waived. The advance payment will be credited towards your first month’s bill. You will only need to pay any remaining balance on that bill.
Foreign nationals customers must provide a deposit equivalent to their approved monthly credit limit.
All stated prices exclude service tax, which will be reflected in your monthly bill.
The bundled high speed data are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
In the 5G Home WiFi 68 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 64Kbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
No plan change when contracted.
5G SERVICE & COVERAGE

When outside 5G coverage, it will automatically switch to 4G.
The service may experience delays, interruptions, or issues due to third-party networks.
