2026 5G Home WiFi 88 Plan
General Terms
- The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan is available from 23 February 2026.
- This is a data-only SIM, which also supports hotspot sharing.
- The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan is available exclusively to new number registrations and Mobile Number Portability (MNP) port-in customers. Customers under Machine-to-Machine (M2M) usage or foreign nationals are not eligible.
- Customers may register under either a Master Account or a Supplementary Account.
- A registration fee and advance payment are required. If a higher credit limit is requested, a standard deposit will apply in accordance with prevailing procedures.
- The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan follows the device bundle line allocation rules applicable to all devices. Any additional lines beyond the allocated quota will require a higher advance payment.
- All stated prices exclude service tax, which will be charged in the customer’s monthly bill.
- The monthly access fee covers only the bundled high-speed data.
- The monthly commitment fee shall be RM78 for the first twelve (12) months, and RM88 from the thirteenth (13th) month onward.

Note: The 5G Home WiFi 88 plan follows the device bundle line allocation rules applicable to all devices. Any additional lines beyond the allocated quota will require a higher advance payment of RM300 for the 5G Home WiFi 88 Higher Advance plan. This amount will be credited back to the customer’s monthly bill at RM30 per month over a period of ten (10) months.
- The Bundle consists of the redONE Home 5G data service together with one (1) 5G modem-router device.
- All prices stated exclude service tax, which will be charged in the customer’s monthly bill (excluding advance payments).
- Subscription to the Bundle is subject to a minimum twenty-four (24) month commitment period, effective from the activation date.
- Customers with outstanding balances or listed in the defaulters’ database are not eligible to subscribe.
- For the 5G Home service, the bundled high-speed data will be prorated according to the customer’s actual usage:

- Upon full utilization of the bundled data, Internet speed will be throttled to 64kbps. Customers may purchase a Data Top-Up to restore high-speed connectivity.
- An advance payment of RM200 is required for the 5G Home WiFi 88 plan. This amount will be credited back to the customer’s monthly bill at RM20 per month over a period of ten (10) months.
- redONE reserves the right to suspend or block the device in the event of non-payment of service fees, monthly charges, or any failure to comply with subscription obligations.
5G Service
- The service works only within 5G coverage areas.
- When outside 5G coverage, it will automatically switch to 4G.
- The service may experience delays, interruptions, or issues due to third-party networks.
- redONE Mobile is not responsible for any disruptions caused by the national 5G wholesale provider or other external factors.
Equipment and Warranty
- Availability of the Device is subject to stock availability during the registration.
- The image(s) shown on our website or promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the Device. We reserve the right to change the Device models with a device of comparable capability.
- The warranty period for the Device is throughout the Commitment Period.
- During the warranty period, if the Device is proven to be defective or your Device fault claim is proven to be due to manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the Device (1-to-1 exchange) without any additional cost imposed to you and subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to verify the Devices submitted for warranty replacement. If we find the Device to still be functional or have been tampered with in any way, we may impose a Device replacement fee equivalent to the price of a new Device.
- The Device warranty does not cover the following incidents:
- Damage, lost, stolen or defects to the Device caused by any act, omission, misuse, negligence, serial number removed or defaced;
- The Device’s network operator-lock function has been deactivated; or
- Other acts beyond our reasonable control.
- You may visit your nearest redONE Mobile Retail Stores if you have any issues with the Device.
