The new redFAST30 is an auto-recurring VAS that offer 30GB high speed all day internet usage, unlimited calls to all network and unlimited chat to (3) popular chat channels (WhatsApp, WeChat & Telegram) every day for 30 days.
Is redFAST30 a permanent VAS offered by redONE?
Yes it is available for subscription starting from 16 November 2023.
Where can I subscribe to redFAST30 monthly recurring VAS?
You can subscribe the redFAST30 via Prepaid App or by dialing *108#.
Who can subscribe to the redFAST30 monthly recurring VAS?
redFAST30 monthly recurring VAS is available to all Beyondlite & Ultra Pack plan customers.

What can I use the high speed data for?
The high speed data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone including hotspot.
When can I utilise the redFAST30 unlimited data quota?
You can utilise the redFAST30 data quota at any time.
Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited chat?
Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 10GB per month is applicable.
What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited internet ?
Subsequent data usage will be slowed to a maximum of 512kbps (capped at 10GB).
What is the speed of the unlimited internet for redFAST30?
The speed of the redFAST30 streaming is capped at 6Mbps speed.
Can I enjoy the the unlimited internetwhen I am overseas?
No, the unlimited internet are available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.
What is the speed of the unlimited chat for redFAST30 streaming?
There is no speed cap for the unlimited chat.

The upgraded redFAST30 monthly recurring VAS offers 30GB high speed all day data usage, unlimited calls to all network and unlimited chat to (3) popular chat channels (WhatsApp, WeChat & Telegram) every day for 30 days
The 30GB high speed data can be used for all data services and can be shared to other devices via hotspot.
redFAST30 is an auto-recurring VAS and will be auto renewed every 30 days with sufficient credit. The redFAST30 subscription will be auto-terminated if the is insufficient credit in the account.
The subscription fee for redFAST30 monthly recurring VAS is not pro-rated. RM25 will be deducted from the account upon successful subscription.
Customers can subscribe at any time. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the redFAST30 VAS subscription. Once the customer have fully utilised the 30GB high speed data quota, the subsequent usage will be slowed to a maximum of 512kbps (Capped at 10GB).
The redFAST30 data quota will expire at the end of the validity. Any unutilised redFAST30 data will not be carried forward.
The Unlimited chat is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 10GB per 30 days is applicable.
