  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?

    You may walk-in to any of redONE Branches & redONE Partners.

  4. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?

    All existing master account customers on monthly commitment RM38 and above plan. (exclude corporate, M2M & foreigner)

  5. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?

    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.

  6. Do I need to activate/ subscribe the hotspot data?

    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your Family38 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  7. What happens if I use up all my hotspot data?

    Data sharing will be temporarily blocked. To continue sharing, you can purchase a Data Top-Up.

  8. If I have not utilised all my base and hotspot data, can I bring over the unused quota to next month?

    Unfortunately, your Internet and Hotspot quota are only valid until the end of the month. Any unused data won’t carry over and will be forfeited.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your Family38 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with Family38 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls are valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  1. All prices shown exclude service tax, which will be reflected in your monthly bill.

  2. An Advance Payment is waived for new registration and MNP port-in.

  3. The monthly access fee for the Family38 plan covers bundled high-speed data, hotspot data, and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia (including fixed line numbers). It does not cover video calls or voice calls to special numbers.

  4. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the Family38 plan and is not optional. A fee of RM10 per month will be charged for redCALL.

  5. The data bundle for Family38 will be prorated according to the customer’s high-speed data usage. The prorated charges are as follows:

  6. Once the bundled high-speed data is fully used, subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data at a throttled speed of 64kbps. Customers may purchase a Data Top Up to continue browsing at high speed.

  7. The new Family38 plan is available for both new redONE numbers and MNP Port-in numbers.

  8. Each eligible Master Line subscriber may register up to six (6) Family38 supplementary lines per Master Line.

  9. Plan changes – The new Family38 lines cannot be downgraded, but upgrades are permitted.

Family38 Plan Eligibility

  1. The new Family38 is valid for active Master line customers with:

    • Monthly commitment of RM38 and above only.

    • Good pay master (Not barred or suspended in the last 3 months).

    • Current master line or sub line(s) must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed.

    • Master account holders on other plans who change their plan to any available monthly commitment RM38 and above plan must meet criteria i, ii, iii, iv.

  2. Individual billing is NOT allowed for the Family38 line.

  3. The Family38 line is NOT allowed to promote to master.

  4. The Master account is NOT allowed to downgrade the plan after the master account had taken this offer.

  5. Corporate, M2M and Foreigners are not allowed for this program.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the the new Family38 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data comes with the NEW Family38 plan and is not optional.

  2. The hotspot data can be utilized for sharing data within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.

  3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Family38 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.

  6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the data booster or Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.
