Postpaid SFC48 Plan

  1. What is this offer about?

    This is an exclusive plan for loyal Sabah football supporters.

  2. How long is this offer valid?

    The offer starts on 16 June 2025 until further notice.

  3. Where can I register for this plan?

    You can register at any redONE Mobile branch, store, or authorised partner.

  4. Who is eligible to register for this new plan?

    All new registrations and port-ins (MNP) from 16 June 2025 onwards are eligible (excluding corporate and M2M lines).

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    If you require a higher credit limit, a deposit will be required for subscriptions with redONE Mobile that are less than 6 months.

    If you are a foreigner, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to your monthly credit limit.

  6. I am an existing redONE Mobile postpaid customer. Can I switch/upgrade to the SFC48 plan?

    No, this plan is only open to new registrations or MNP port-in customers.

  7. Will I be tied to a contract if I register for this plan?

    Yes, this plan comes with a 6-month contract. If you take a premium number, a 24-month contract will apply.

  8. What happens if I terminate or port out my number during the contract period?

    A RM100 penalty fee will be charged, and you will no longer be eligible to receive the second FREE Sabah FC jersey.

  9. Can I register supplementary lines under the SFC48 plan?

    Yes, you may register up to 6 supplementary lines.

  10. When will I receive the FREE Sabah FC jersey?

    The first jersey will be given during registration once your line is “Active.” For the second jersey, you must keep the line active with a good payment record and redeem it after full payment of your sixth bill.

  11. My line was barred due to overdue payment. Am I still eligible to receive the FREE jersey?

    You must settle all payments within the 6-month period before redONE Mobile sends the jersey redemption notice. Ensure your line is active in the sixth month to be eligible for the second FREE jersey.

  12. My line has been suspended and terminated due to outstanding payments. Am I still eligible for the second jersey?

    Sorry, if you did not maintain a good payment record throughout the 6-month subscription, the second FREE jersey will be forfeited. A penalty will apply if the number is terminated within the contract period.

  13. I do not want the FREE jersey. Can I exchange it for a bill rebate instead?

    No, the FREE jersey is bundled with the plan as part of our support for the Sabah FC football team.

  14. Can I share my internet quota with other devices using hotspot or tethering?

    Yes, but any shared data will be deducted from your hotspot quota.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your SFC48 line is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the SFC48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

Postpaid SFC48 Plan

  1. Valid for New sign-up and MNP port-in customers. M2M and corporate customers is not eligible for this plan.

  2. The plans can be registered as a Master account or a Supplementary account.

  3. Each Master account is allowed to register up to max 6 Supplementary accounts.

  4. Registration Fee and Advance Payment are required. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.

  5. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  6. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

  7. An initial rebate of RM10 will be granted upon successful registration or port-in. The remaining RM50 will be credited as RM10 per month over the next five (5) billing cycles, automatically reflected in your monthly bill.

  8. Monthly access fee for SFC48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

  9. The redCALL VAS are bundled with the SFC48 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.

  10. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.

  11. In the SFC48 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  12. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

  13. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 64Kbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

  14. The SFC48 plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.

  15. Change plan request to the new SFC48 plan is not allowed.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with theNEWSFC48Postpaidplan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the SFC48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is 5G Postpaid10, Amazing28+ or Data28.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication
