  1. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plan?
    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes (excluding M2M).
  1. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
    A registration fee and advance payment are required when signing up as per below table:

If you require a higher credit limit, a deposit will be required for subscriptions with redONEMobile that are less than 6 months. If you are a foreigner, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to your monthly credit limit.

  1. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?
    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.
  1. I am existing redONE postpaid user, can I upgrade/change my plan to this TRW FC Jersey plan?
    No. This is an exclusive plan for loyal TRW FC Football team supporters and only valid for New sign-up and MNP port-in customers. M2M and corporate customers is not eligible for this plan.
  1. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    Yes, this plan come with 6 months contract. If you take up a premium number, you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  1. If I end my contract or port out early, will there be any charges?
    Yes, a RM100 penalty fee will be charged if you terminate or port out your number before the contract ends.
  2. Can I register for any supplementary lines with TRWFC48?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  3. When will I receive the FREE Jerseys?
    The jersey will be given during registration once your line status is “In Use”.
  1. I don’t want the FREE jersey. Can I exchange it for a bill rebate instead?
    Sorry, the FREE jersey is bundled with the plan as part of our support for the TRW FC team and cannot be exchanged for a bill rebate.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?
    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  1. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?
    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your TRWFC48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  1. I don’t want the redCALL Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the TRWFC48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  1. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?
    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  1. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  1. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  1. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  1. What is included in the unlimited calls with redCALL?
    The unlimited calls include:
  • Calls to all Malaysian mobile numbers (including redONE Postpaid & Prepaid).
  • Calls to all Malaysian fixed line numbers.
  1. What is NOT included in the unlimited calls?
    The following are excluded:
  • Calls to special numbers (1300, 1700, 1600, 1MOCC).
  • Calls to premium and special rate numbers.
  • Video calls.
  • International (IDD) calls.
  1. Are there any usage restrictions for the unlimited calls?
    Yes, the unlimited calls are for personal use only. They must not be used for:
    Re-selling, renting, or commercial purposes.
    • Call rerouting devices, software, or auto diallers.
    • Call centers, telemarketing, or conference calling.
    • Continuous, automated, or machine to machine communication.

Hotspot

  1. What is hotspot data and is it included in my plan?
    Yes, hotspot data comes bundled with the plan and cannot be removed.

  1. Does my hotspot data renew every month?
    Yes, it renews automatically on the 1st of every month.

  1. Can I opt-out of the hotspot data if I don’t need it?
    No, the hotspot data is a non-optional feature bundled with the TRWFC48

  1. If I still have unused main data, can I use it for hotspot or tethering?
    Hotspot data comes with its own dedicated quota. Your main monthly data cannot be used for sharing or tethering — only the allocated hotspot data can be used for that purpose.

  1. What if I use up all my hotspot data?
    Once your hotspot quota is fully used, data sharing will be blocked.
  2. If I change my plan, what will happen to my hotspot data?
    If you switch to another plan, your hotspot data will be automatically terminated.

  1. The TRWFC48 plan is available from 17 November 2025.
  2. This plan is valid for new registration and MNP port in customer. M2M and corporate customers is not eligible for this plan.
  3. The plans can be registered as a Master account or a Supplementary account.
  4. Each Master account is allowed to register up to max 6 Supplementary accounts.
  5. Advance Payment and Registration Fee is required. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.
  6. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
  7. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  8. Monthly access fee for TRWFC48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

  10. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  11. In the TRWFC48 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  1. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  2. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 64Kbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  3. Change plan request to the NEW TRWFC48 plan is not allowed.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the TRWFC48 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  1. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  2. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the TRWFC48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan are 5G Postpaid10, Amazing28+ or Data28.
  3. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication (M2M).

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data comes with the TRTWFC48 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
  3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month and will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  4. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from TRTWFC48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  5. Once the hotspot data is fully used, data sharing will be blocked. Customer can purchase a Data Top Up to continue using hotspot data.

FREE TRW FC Jersey Redemption

  1. Get your FREE TRW FC Home jersey when you subscribe to the postpaid TRWFC48 plan at only RM48.
  2. Each eligible customer is entitled to receive one (1) complimentary TRW FC Home Jersey per successfully registered TRWFC48 line.
  3. Customers who register a new line under the TRWFC48 plan will receive their FREE TRW FC Home Jersey upon successful registration and activation of the line.
  4. Customers who port-in from another service provider to redONE under the TRWFC48 plan are eligible to claim their FREE TRW FC Home Jersey once their port-in request has been successfully completed.

General Conditions

  • Each eligible redONE line is entitled to one (1) FREE TRW FC jersey.
  • The offer is valid while stocks last.
  • redONE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of redONE shall be final and binding.
  • Other redONE Standard Terms and Conditions apply.

Fast Track Loyalty – Free Phone

  1. The TRWFC48 plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty Master Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line.
  2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
    • Master Account Plan: TRWFC48 only
    • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date)
    • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)
    • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed
    • Not under any contract
    • Neither the Master nor Supplementary line is under the Loyalty Project Device Bundle contract
  3. All Master Accounts registered under the same NRIC must have no outstanding or overdue payments at the time of application.
  4. Only lines that is successfully upgraded is eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.
  5. Master Account customers who take up this offer, their account’s contract period will reset to 24 months for devicePRO68 or 36 months for devicePRO98.
  6. Individual billing is NOT allowed.
  7. Master account is not allowed to downgrade/ upgrade after the master account had taken this offer.
  8. Corporate, M2M and Foreigners are not allowed for this program.
