  1. How much do I need to pay for the Prepaid ULTRAborneo starter pack and what is preloaded into the SIM?
    The ULTRAborneo Prepaid starter pack is priced at RM8 and preloaded with RM5 credit. Upon activation, you will receive 1 GB of activation bonus which is valid for 7 days.
  1. When will the new Prepaid ULTRAborneo pack be available in the market?
    The redONE 5G Prepaid ULTRAborneo starter pack will be available from 27 April 2026.
  1. Where can I get the ULTRAborneo starter pack?
    You can purchase it from any redONE Mobile Partners and Prepaid Dealers in Sabah and Sarawak.
  1. Who can sign up for the starter pack?
    Any individual aged 12 and above can sign up for this starter pack.
  1. What is the maximum number of starter packs that I can get?
    You can get and register up to a maximum of 5 SIM cards.
  1. What are the local call and SMS rates?
    Local calls are charged at RM0.15/60 seconds, and SMS is charged at RM0.15/SMS. However, if you subscribe to our ULTRAborneo25, you are entitle for unlimited calls to all networks.
  1. What are the available ULTRAborneo internet passes?
    There is one available mobile internet pass for ULTRAborneo Pack:

  1. What will happen when I fully utilized my Internet quota?
    If you have fully utilised your Internet plan, you can continue using your basic Internet at 512kbps. Alternatively, you may purchase available boosters to enjoy regular Internet speeds.
  1. What are “boosters” and how do I subscribe to them?
    Boosters are additional Internet that you can add on when a mobile internet plan is active. You can purchase the boosters via your Prepaid App.
  1. What happens if I purchase another mobile internet plan while having an existing mobile internet plan?
    The existing mobile internet plan will be expired and the balance quota will be forfeited.
    Customer is advised to purchase another mobile internet plan after the bundled quota have been fully utilized or the validity have expired.

  2. The new ULTRAborneo SIM card is valid for new customers only. The starter pack price is RM8.

  5. New ULTRAborneo SIM cards are available exclusively at all redONE partners and prepaid dealers in Sabah and Sarawak.
  6. Registration can be done at the stores or customers may also perform online self-registration via the redONE Prepaid App.
  7. The RM5 Activation Bonus Credit is a one-time offering, granted upon successful registration.
  8. The 1 GB Activation Bonus is a one-time offer, valid for 7 days, and provided upon successful registration.
  9. The activation bonuses will be applied within 10 minutes after customers complete their registration and receive the Activation SMS.
  10. High-speed data is provided at 5G/4G speeds. Once the allocated high-speed data quota is fully utilized, data access will be restricted. A system-generated SMS notification will be sent when 100% of the bundled high-speed data has been consumed.
  11. Additionally, International Direct Dialing (IDD) and International Roaming services are enabled by default for all subscribers. Customers traveling abroad who wish to avoid roaming charges should disable Data Roaming on their mobile devices.
  12. This plan is designed as a data centric offering.

  1. ULTRAborneo25 is a 1-Time add-on.
  2. The ULTRAborneo25 offers 100 GB 5G/4G high-speed data, 30 GB hotspot data and unlimited calls to all networks.
  3. The high-speed bucket is for personal use only. It cannot be shared.
  4. 30 GB Hotspot data will be utilised first should the customer use data sharing.
  5. RM20 will be deducted from the main credit for every ULTRAborneo25 add-on subscription provided there is sufficient credit.
  6. The ULTRAborneo25 add-on subscription fee and quota are not prorated.
  7. Unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within the Malaysia network only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  8. A Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 2,000 minutes applies to unlimited calls.
  9. The MI monthly plan is non-stackable. Customers can only have one active MI plan at a time. However, they may override the existing plan by purchasing a new MI plan. The consumer app will display the current plan’s expiration date for confirmation.
  10. The ULTRAborneo25 plan is available exclusively for redONE Prepaid ULTRAborneo subscribers.
  11. The ULTRAborneo25 MI plan extends your account’s active status in accordance with its validity period.
  12. Upon expiry of ULTRAborneo25 MI plans, any remaining quotas (internet or calls) will not be carried forward.
  13. The ULTRAborneo25 to be available for subscription in USSD *108# and Prepaid App for self-service subscription.

  1. The ULTRAborneo booster is a 10GB 5G/4G hotspot-able additional internet.
  2. The validity of the ULTRAborneo booster will start from the activation date and the validity will match the ULTRAborneo25 MI plan.
  3. If the customer unsubscribes from the ULTRAborneo25 MI plan before its validity period ends, the ULTRAborneo booster will be automatically terminated, and any unused data quota will be forfeited.
  4. The ULTRAborneo booster does not extend the account validity. Any unused data quota will be forfeited upon expire of the MI plan.
  5. The booster is available for purchase with ULTRAborneo25.

Online Payment

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

NOTE: Please allow one (1) working day for any payment made via online banking to be reflected in redONE Selfcare system.

JomPay

Pay your bills with JomPAY in 3 simple steps.
  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
  2. Logon to your preferred Internet Banking or Mobile Banking portal and look for the JomPAY icon.
  3. Enter the redONE Biller Code 8607, Reference-1 redONE Customer ID and payment amount, and you’re done!
