    Our new 5G Postpaid plan offer high-speed monthly data with no speed caps. Once you’ve fully used your data quota, there are no extra charges—your data speed will simply be reduced to 64kbps.

  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?

    You may walk-in to any of our redONE stores or redONE Partner stores. Alternatively, you may self-register online.

  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    A RM10 registration fee and RM25 advance payment are required when signing up.

  6. What is 5G Postpaid10?

    This is our new 5G Postpaid plan with high-speed data quota every month with no speed caps.

  7. Can I port to the new Postpaid plan?

    Yes, you can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid plan as long as you don’t have any outstanding balance or ongoing contract with your current mobile service provider.

  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

    This plan is not contracted.

  9. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I upgrade my plan to the new 5G Postpaid10?

    Yes, you can easily upgrade the plan yourself, or reach out to our friendly customer care team for assistance.

  10. What happens when I have finished utilising my mobile internet Data?

    You can purchase the Data Top Up via the 1App or by dialling *123# once you have fully utilised your Data quota. The quota from Data Top Up is shareable via Hotspot.

New 5G Postpaid10 Plan

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

  2. Monthly access fee for 5G Postpaid10 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid numbers in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

  3. RM25 Advance Payment is required. The Advance Payment collected will be used for deduction against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.

  4. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  5. The bundled data and unlimited voice calls to all redONE Postpaid numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.

  6. Customers will be charged a full month’s bill for the first month of subscription to the 5G Postpaid10 plan.

  7. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

  8. Basic Internet is at the standard 64kbps speed.

  9. Customers may request to change their plan to the new 5G Postpaid10 plan starting from 3 February 2025.

Amazing 38 & Amazing 58

  1. Where can I sign up for these plans?

    You may walk-in to any of our redONE store or redONE Partners or Online Self registration.

  2. Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).

  3. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

  5. Can I port to the new Postpaid plan?

    Yes. You can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid plans provided you do not have any outstanding balance or under contract with your current mobile service provider.

  6. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?

    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.

  7. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

    This plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number, you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.

  8. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?

    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.

  9. Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing58?

    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.

  10. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing58 plan?

    Yes you can.

  11. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  5. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  1. What is redDAILY?

    redDAILY offers per day data usage every day until the end of the month or until the redDAILY data quota is fully utilised.

    Customers can check the usage via 1App or dial *123#.

  6. When can I utilise the redDAILY Daily data quota?

    You can use the redDAILY Daily data anytime. The redDAILY data will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day.

  7. What is the speed of the redDAILY Daily data for streaming?

    The speed of the redDAILY data quota is high speed. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed.

  8. Does redDAILY consume my plan’s bundled data?

    No. redDAILY provides you additional daily data for your data needs. Standard data consumption may apply for any in-app purchase, third party apps and links out of redDAILY’s partners.

Amazing58

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is RP8.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

redDAILY

  1. The redDAILY offers per day usage every day until the end of the month or until the redDAILY data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the daily quota, they can purchase the high-speed Value Added-Services or Data Top Up.

  2. The redDAILY quota can be used for all data services in Malaysia.

  3. The redDAILY is bundled with the NEW AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plan and is not optional.

  9. If I have not utilised all my base and hotspot data, can I bring over the unused quota to next month?

    Unfortunately, your Internet and Hotspot quota are only valid until the end of the month. Any unused data won’t carry over and will be forfeited.

New redplanPLUS Plans

  1. What are the new Postpaid plans?

    They are our new Postpaid promotion plan with 5G high-speed data quota per month. There are no extra charges when the data quota has been fully used. The data speed will be throttled down to 64kbps upon full utilization of the data quota.

  2. How long is this promotion for?

    This is an offer effective from 3 June 2025 until further notice.

  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?

    You may walk-in to any of our redONE Mobile stores.

  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.

    If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  6. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for redplanPLUS38 or 5G redplanPLUS48?

    The new plans is tied to a 6 months contract. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months. Should you remain with redONE Mobile for a full 6 months, you will be entitled to sign up for a supplementary line or an upgrade that comes with a complementary (free) new 5G device.

  7. Do I need to activate or subscribe to hotspot data?

    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your plan is successfully activated or ported in.

  8. What happens if I use up all my hotspot data?

    The data sharing function will be temporarily restricted. To continue sharing data, you can purchase a 10GB booster or a Data Top-Up.

  9. If I have not utilised all the quota for base and hotspot, can I bring forward the unused quota for next month?

    No, the validity for the Internet and Hotspot is only until the end of the month. The unused quota will be forfeited and not carried forward.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your redplanPLUS38 or redplanPLUS48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the redplanPLUS38 and redplanPLUS48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Are the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls are valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Do the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  1. Who is eligible for the free smartphone offer?

    Only master line customers with an active redplanPLUS38 or redplanPLUS48 plan are eligible.

  2. What happens to the contract if I take up this offer?

    If you take up this offer and sign up for a device bundle sub line, your master account contract will restart with a new 24month term.

    If you choose to upgrade your master account to a device bundle plan, your contract will reset to:

    • 24 months for devicePRO68, or

    • 36 months for devicePRO98.

  3. What are the criteria to qualify for this offer?

    To qualify, customers must meet the following conditions:

    • Must have been on the current plan for more than 6 months (180 days from the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date).

    • Must be a good paymaster with no barring or suspension in the last 3 months. The master line and any sub line(s) must be in active status. Any suspension or barring disqualifies Eligibility.

    • The master line must not be under contract.

    • There must be no active contracted device bundles under any Loyalty Project, for both master and sub lines.

    • No outstanding payments on the current bill for all master accounts tied to the same NRIC.

    • Only successfully activated lines are eligible to receive the free smartphone.

  4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after accepting the offer?

    No. Plan upgrades or downgrades are not allowed after the master account has taken up the offer.

  5. Are there any exclusions to this program?

    Yes. The offer is not available to Corporate, M2M, or Foreign customers.

  3. Advance Payment and Registration Fee is required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW redplanPLUS38 and redplanPLUS48 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW redplanPLUS38 and redplanPLUS48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8, Amazing28+ or Data28.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data is bundled with the NEW redplanPLUS38 and redplanPLUS48 plans and is not optional.

  2. Hotspot data can only be used for data sharing within Malaysian networks. Data sharing while abroad is subject to data roaming charges. Customers will be charged based on the rates set by the respective roaming operators when using data while roaming with redONE Mobile’s international roaming partners.

  3. Hotspot data will be automatically renewed on the 1st of every month.

  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unused hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  5. If a customer switches from the NEW redplanPLUS38 or redplanPLUS48 plan to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically forfeited.

  6. Once 100% of the hotspot data is used up, data sharing will be restricted. Customers may choose to purchase a Data Booster or Data Top-Up to continue using the hotspot service.

    • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed

  2. No outstanding payment on the current bill for any master accounts linked to the same NRIC.

Loyalty Device Program

  1. Master lines are not allowed to downgrade/upgrade their plan after accepting this offer for the duration of the contract.

  2. Corporate, M2M, and foreign customers are not eligible for this program.
