  5. I am an existing RP8 customer with 3 months contract remaining. Am I allowed to sign up for this phone bundle offer?

    No. However, you can sign up for a new line or port-in a number to enjoy this offer.

  6. Is there any Registration Fee required for this offer?

    Yes, you will need to pay Registration Fee of RM50 to sign up for the devicePRO68 or devicePRO98 plan.

  7. Is there any device upfront payment required for this offer?

    Device Upfront payment amounts may vary depending on your chosen device and plan:

    • Super Jimat (devicePRO68): There is no device upfront payment collected.

    • Power Gadget (devicePRO68): Device upfront payment as low as RM50 is needed.

    • Power Gadget (devicePRO98): Enjoy zero device upfront payment on selected devices.

  8. Is there any advance payment required for this offer?
    • The Super Jimat devicePRO68 plan requires an advance payment of RM150. The advance payment will be offset in the customer’s monthly bill for 10 months at RM15 per month.

    • The Power Gadget devicePRO68 requires an advance payment of RM100. The advance payment will be offset in the customer’s monthly bill for 10 months at RM10 per month.

    • The Power Gadget devicePRO98 requires an advance payment of RM420. The advance payment will be offset in the customer’s monthly bill for 12 months at RM35 per month.

  9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this offer?

    Yes, this offer is subject to a contract period of 24 months for the devicePRO68 plan and 36 months for the devicePRO98 plan.

  10. Why do I need to sign a contract to enjoy this offer?

    This is a subsidised device and postpaid plan bundle offer from redONE Mobile and the contract is to ensure that you will remain as a redONE Mobile customer for a set period of time.

  11. I signed up for this offer. What happens if I exceed the bundled monthly data quota?

    Once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64 Kbps, depending on your location and current network condition for both devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 plans. However, your hotspot quota will remain exclusive for hotspot data sharing.

  12. Can I port in my number from other telco operators to enjoy this offer?

    Yes. The devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 postpaid plans are available for all MNP port-in users (excluding Foreigner and M2M).

  13. My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid?

    You will need to go back to the redONE Mobile store or redONE Partner store that registered the port-in line for you to get the refund.

  14. After I have signed up for this offer, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data quota?

    No, you cannot upgrade your monthly data quota. However, you can purchase Data Top Up to enjoy high speed once you have fully utilised your plan’s monthly data quota.

  15. What happens if I terminate my Postpaid line within the contract period?

    You will incur the early termination penalty as per your signed contract.

redCALL (devicePRO68, devicePRO98)

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/subscribe to redCALL?

    No. redCALL will be activated automatically once the devicePRO68, or devicePRO98 plans are successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the devicePRO68, or devicePRO98 plans for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    No. The unlimited voice calls are valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed-line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, a Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  3. Master account holders on Amazing8/RP8 must upgrade their plan to any available RM28 and above plan and must meet criteria i,iii, iv,v,vi listed above. The master account customer is only entitled for this Master Line Upgrade offer 12 months (365 days) after upgrading to any available RM28 and above plan.

  4. Only lines that are successfully activated are eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.

  5. Master Account customers who take up this offer, the Master Account contract period will reset to 24 months for devicePRO68 and 36 months for devicePRO98.

  6. Individual billing is NOT allowed.

  7. Once the master account has accepted this offer, it will not be allowed to be downgraded/ upgraded.

redCALL (devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 plans)

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In the event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the new devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is 5G Postpaid10, Amazing28+ or Data28.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data is bundled with the NEW devicePRO68 & devicePRO98 plans and is not optional.

  2. Hotspot data can only be used for data sharing within Malaysian networks. Data sharing while abroad is subject to data roaming charges. Customers will be charged based on the rates set by the respective roaming operators when using data while roaming with redONE Mobile’s international roaming partners.

  3. Hotspot data will be automatically renewed on the 1st of every month.

  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unused hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  5. If a customer switches from the NEW devicePRO68 & devicePRO98 plan to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically forfeited.

  6. Once 100% of the hotspot data is used up, data sharing will be restricted. Customers may choose to purchase a Data Booster or Data Top-Up to continue using the hotspot service.
