  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins. (excluding M2M and corporate).

  5. What is postpaidFAMILY98?

    It is our new Postpaid Family plans offering high-speed data every month with no speed restrictions. At just RM98 monthly, each line comes with its own individual bundled quota, totaling up to 1,000GB across all lines.

    You have the flexibility to select the ideal combination that best aligns with your needs.

    If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.

    If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  7. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

    No contract. If you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months

  8. Can I port to the new postpaidFAMILY98 plan?

    Yes. You can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid Family plans provided you do not have any outstanding balance or under contract with your current mobile service provider.

    If you’re porting in with a Member line, all lines must be ported in together. For instance, if you select the Member 2 option, both your principal line and one supplementary line need to be ported in at the same time.

  9. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?

    Yes, you can.

  10. Can I request for separate billings for my supplementary lines?

    No, postpaidFAMILY98 plan is a bundled proposition that will come as one single bill under the principal line.

  11. Can I register redONE Family Plan under my company name?

    No, the postpaidFAMILY98 plan is not a business package.

  12. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?

    You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.

  13. I am an existing 5G Postpaid38 customer. Can I upgrade my plan to the new postpaidFAMILY98?

    No, this plan is exclusively for new sign up.

  14. What happens when I finish my mobile internet Data?

    You can purchase the Data Top Up via the 1App or by dialing *123# once you have fully utilised your Data quota. The quota from Data Top Up is shareable via Hotspot.

  15. Can I register for any supplementary lines with postpaidFAMILY98?

    No, this plan comes bundled with member lines.

  16. Can I terminate my member line and add-on a new number to be part of my postpaidFAMILY98 plan as member?

    No, all member lines are part of the plan and cannot be removed or transferred to another provider separately.

  17. Can I add-on additional supplementary lines (than allocated) to my Family plan?

    No, you won’t be able to add any extra family members or supplementary lines to your family plan.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98A plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

New postpaidFAMILY98 Plan

postpaidFAMILY Plan Overview

The postpaidFAMILY plan comes in four different combinations. For each combo, both the main line and any Member lines (if added) must be activated at the same time.

postpaidFAMILY Principle / Master

  1. Main Line Requirement: To add Member lines, you must first subscribe to either postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98A as the main line holder.

  2. Billing Information: Charges will apply for the Main line under the postpaidFAMILY98 plan.

  3. Plan Changes: Upgrading or downgrading this plan is not allowed.

  4. Termination Impact: If the Main line is terminated, all associated Member lines under the same billing account will also be automatically terminated.

  5. Supplementary Lines: Only Member lines under the postpaidFAMILY plan can be added. Other types of supplementary lines are not supported.

postpaidFAMILY Member

  1. What is a Member Line?: postpaidFAMILY Member lines are supplementary lines that can be added under these main accounts, postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line.

  2. Data Included: Each Member line comes with its own bundled high-speed data quota. Once the quota is used up, speeds will be reduced to 64kbps. If you’d like to continue using high-speed internet, you can purchase a Data Top-Up.

  3. No Separate Billing: Member lines do not receive separate bills—charges are managed under the Main line account.

  4. Plan Changes: Member lines cannot be upgraded or downgraded individually.

  5. Account Role: Member lines cannot be promoted to become Main lines.

Data Usage

  1. Peer-to-peer (P2P) sharing isn’t supported on this plan.

  2. Each line gets its own data quota. Once you hit your limit, you can still browse, just at a slower 64kbps speed—no data cut-offs!

  3. Additional high-speed data can be purchased via add-on services.

  4. Data is for domestic use only and is not available while roaming.

  5. For both the main and Member lines, hotspot usage is deducted from the main data quota.

Advance Payment & Registration Fee

  1. An Advance Payment and Registration Fee are required for new sign-ups and customers porting in from other networks (MNP). The advance payment will be credited towards your first month’s bill. You will only need to pay any remaining balance on that bill.

  2. Member lines are data-only SIMs and don’t include unlimited calls. If you need call time, you can easily add it with the redCALL add-on.

Billing and Charges

  1. You’re required to pay the full Monthly Fee, even if you don’t fully use the services during that month. Unused value won’t be carried over to the next month.

  2. Any usage beyond what’s included in the Monthly Fee will be billed monthly.

  3. Charges for other services such as IDD and international roaming are not included in the Monthly Fee and will be billed separately.

  4. Unless stated otherwise, your monthly data and call minutes are for domestic use only and are not available while roaming.

  5. redCALL is a mandatory feature bundled with the postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line plans. A monthly charge of RM10 will be applied to the bill.

  6. In the first postpaidFAMILY bill, the high-speed data bundle will be prorated according to actual usage. Prorated charges are as follows:

  7. Once the bundled high-speed data is fully utilized, subsequent usage will switch to basic internet at 64kbps. Customers may purchase a Data Top Up for continued high-speed access.

  8. Plan changes are not available for postpaidFAMILY customers.

  9. If you’re currently on a postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line plan, switching to another plan isn’t possible.

  10. Both postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line serve as Master line plans.

  11. If you’re on a Principal line under postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line, you can only add postpaidFAMILY Member lines. Adding supplementary lines from other plans isn’t allowed.

  12. Please note that if redONE postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line Principal Line is terminated by redONE Mobile or you for any reason whatsoever, all other Service(s) under the redONE postpaidFAMILY will be terminated.

redCALL

  1. redCALL is a mandatory Value-Added Service for postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line plans, offering unlimited voice calls within Malaysia for RM10/month..

  2. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to all Malaysian mobile networks (including redONE Postpaid & Prepaid)

    • Calls to Malaysian fixed lines

  3. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  4. redCALL will automatically renew on the 1st of every month.

  5. If you switch from the NEW postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 with Member line plan to another plan, your redCALL subscription will end automatically

  6. Unlimited calls with redCALL are meant for personal use only.

    • They must not be:Re-sold, rented, or used for anything other than personal calls within Malaysia

    • Used with call rerouting devices, software, or apps

    • Used with switch devices that keep lines open for long periods

    • Used for multiple simultaneous or conference calls

    • Used by call centers or telemarketing operationsUsed for continuous or automated calling, or machine-to-machine communications
