  1. What is postpaidFAMILY98?

    It is our new postpaidFAMILY plans offering high-speed data every month with no speed restrictions. At just RM98 monthly, each line comes with its own individual bundled quota, totaling up to 1,000GB across all lines.

    You have the flexibility to select the ideal combination that best aligns with your needs.

  2. How long is this offer for?

    This is an offer effective 10 June 2025.

    Effective from 1 October 2025 onwards, all Member lines activated on or after this date will come bundled with redCALL and will enjoy the FREE redCALL service for a duration of twenty-four (24) months.

  3. Is the redCALL service mandatory?

    Yes. From 1 October 2025, redCALL is automatically bundled with all postpaidFAMILY98 plans and new Member lines. It cannot be removed.

  4. How much does the new redCALL service cost?
    1. Main line: RM10/month (already included in the RM98 fee).

    2. Member lines activated before 1 Oct 2025: RM10/month (optional)

    3. Member lines activated on/after 1 Oct 2025: FREE for 24 months, then RM10/month from the 25th month onwards.

  5. I have an older postpaidFAMILY plan. What happens to my account?
    1. Existing Member lines (activated before 1 Oct 2025) stay the same, without redCALL.

    2. New Member lines added after 1 Oct 2025 will include redCALL automatically.

      1. You can have a mix of old and new Member lines in one family plan.

    Example: Main Line: 500GB plan

    1. Member Line 1 (old): 200GB plan (activated before 1 Oct, without redCALL)

    2. Member Line 2 (new): 300GB plan (activated after 1 Oct, with redCALL)

  6. My member line was activated just before the change (e.g., on 22 Sept 2025). Can I get this offer?

    No. The offer is only for activations on or after 1 October 2025. Member lines activated before this date are not eligible. The only way to get the offer for an existing number would be to terminate the current member line and replace a new one (provided you have not exceeded your total allocation).

  7. Where can I sign up for this plan?

  8. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins. (excluding M2M and corporate).

  9. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.

    If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  10. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

    There is not contract for this plan. However, if you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.

  11. Can I port to the new postpaidFAMILY98 plan?

    Yes. You can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid Family plans provided you do not have any outstanding balance or under contract with your current mobile service provider.

    If you are porting in with a Member line, you can choose to activate the Main line together with all Member lines at the same time, or activate the Main Line first and add the remaining one or two Member lines later, based on your needs and preferences. There is no restriction on when the additional lines can be added, as long as the Principal line remains active.

  12. Can I request for separate billings for my supplementary lines?

    No, postpaidFAMILY98 plan is a bundled proposition that will come as one single bill under the principal line.

  13. Can I register redONE Family Plan under my company name?

    No, the postpaidFAMILY98 plan is not a business package.

  14. I am an existing 5G Postpaid38 customer. Can I upgrade my plan to the new postpaidFAMILY98?

    No, this plan is exclusively for new sign up.

  15. What happens when I finish my mobile internet Data?

    Once the quota is used up, speeds will be reduced to 64kbps. If you’d like to continue using high speed internet, you can purchase a Data Top Up.

  16. Can I register for any supplementary lines with postpaidFAMILY98?

    No, this plan comes bundled with member lines.

  17. Can I add-on additional supplementary lines (than allocated) to my Family plan?

    No, you won’t be able to add any extra family members or supplementary lines to your family plan.

  18. What would happen to my postpaidFAMILY98 plan if I decided to terminate one of my Member line?

    You will stay be paying the total bundle price of RM98. However, you may add another Member line easily at any time later.

  19. Is there a time limit to activate Member lines?

    No, there is no time limit. You can add and activate Member lines at any time, as long as your Main line is still active.

  20. Can I manage my Member lines later (e.g., change or replace them)?

    Yes. You can add new Member lines or replace a Member line with a new mobile number. These actions can be done anytime across all redONE sales channels.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No. It is automatically activated with your plan (for Main and Member lines starting 1 Oct 2025).

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
    1. No, for postpaidFAMILY98 Main line and Member lines activated on/after 1 October 2025:
      redCALL is mandatory and bundled with the plan, so it cannot be terminated. This ensures you always enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

    2. Yes, for Member lines activated before 1 October 2025:
      redCALL is not bundled with the plan. You may choose to add or remove the service at any time based on your preference.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

  8. What is included in the unlimited calls with redCALL?

    The unlimited calls include:

    1. Calls to all Malaysian mobile numbers (including redONE Postpaid & Prepaid).

    2. Calls to all Malaysian fixed line numbers.

  9. What is NOT included in the unlimited calls?

    The following are excluded:

    1. Calls to special numbers (1300, 1700, 1600, 1MOCC).

    2. Calls to premium and special rate numbers.

    3. Video calls.

    4. International (IDD) calls.

  10. How does the billing for redCALL work?

    The service automatically renews on the 1st of every month.

  11. Are there any usage restrictions?

    Yes, the unlimited calls are for personal use only. They must not be used for:

    1. Re-selling, renting, or commercial purposes.

    2. Call rerouting devices, software, or auto dialers.

    3. Call centers, telemarketing, or conference calling.

    4. Continuous, automated, or machine to machine communication.

  1. Main Line Requirement: To add Member lines, you must first subscribe to postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line) as the main line holder. Main line must be activate during sign-up or MNP port-in.

  2. Supplementary Lines: Only Member lines under the postpaidFAMILY plan can be added. Other types of supplementary lines are not supported.

  3. Billing Information: Charges will apply for the Main line under the postpaidFAMILY98 plan.

  4. Plan Changes: Upgrading or downgrading this plan is not allowed.

  5. Termination Impact: If the Main line is terminated, all associated Member lines under the same billing account will also be automatically terminated.

  1. postpaidFAMILY Member lines are supplementary lines that can be added under postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line).

  2. Member lines can be activated anytime later after Main Line is active.

  3. Add or replace Member Lines can be done anytime via any redONE Partner outlet or official store.

  4. Effective 1 October 2025, all newly activated Member lines will include FREE unlimited calls within Malaysia for the first 24 months.

  5. From the 25th month onwards, a fee of RM10/month will apply for the Member lines activated from 1st October 2025 onwards.

  6. Each Member line comes with its own bundled high-speed data quota. Once the quota is used up, speeds will be reduced to 64kbps. If you’d like to continue using high-speed internet, you can purchase a Data Top-Up.

  7. Member lines do not receive separate bills—charges are managed under the Main line account.

  8. Member lines cannot be upgraded or downgraded individually.

  9. Member lines cannot be promoted to become Main lines.

  10. Member Lines cannot be removed only terminated & replaced.

Data Usage

  1. Peer-to-peer (P2P) sharing isn’t supported on this plan.

  2. Each line gets its own data quota. Once you hit your limit, you can still browse, just at a slower 64kbps speed—no data cut-offs!

  3. Additional high-speed data can be purchased via add-on services.

  4. Data is for domestic use only and is not available while roaming.

  5. For both the main and Member lines, hotspot usage is deducted from the main data quota.

Billing and Charges

  1. You’re required to pay the full Monthly Fee, even if you don’t fully use the services during that month or your Member line is not activated during initial sign-up.

  2. Any usage beyond what’s included in the Monthly Fee will be billed monthly.

  3. Charges for other services such as IDD and international roaming are not included in the Monthly Fee and will be billed separately.

  4. Unless stated otherwise, your monthly data and call minutes are for domestic use only and are not available while roaming.

  5. redCALL is a mandatory feature bundled with the postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line) plans. A monthly charge of RM10 will be applied to the bill.

  6. redCALL is a mandatory feature bundled with the Member line activated on 1st October 2025 onwards, it is FREE for the first 24 months. Starting from the 25th month onwards, a monthly fee of RM10 will be charged for Member lines.

  7. In the first postpaidFAMILY bill, the high-speed data bundle will be prorated according to actual usage. Prorated charges are as follows:

  8. Once the bundled high-speed data is fully utilized, subsequent usage will switch to basic internet at 64kbps. Customers may purchase a Data Top Up for continued high-speed access.

  9. Plan changes are not available for postpaidFAMILY customers.

  10. If you’re currently on a postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line) plan, switching to another plan isn’t possible.

  11. Both postpaidFAMILY98 and postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line) serve as Master line plans.

  12. If you’re on a Principal line under postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line), you can only add postpaidFAMILY Member lines. Adding supplementary lines from other plans isn’t allowed.

  13. Please note that if redONE postpaidFAMILY98 or postpaidFAMILY98 (with Member line) Principal Line is terminated by redONE Mobile or you for any reason whatsoever, all other Service(s) under the redONE postpaidFAMILY will be terminated.

redCALL

  1. redCALL is a mandatory Value-Added Service for postpaidFAMILY98 Principal lines activated on or after 1 October 2025, as well as for all Member lines activated from 1 October 2025 onwards, providing unlimited voice calls within Malaysia at RM10/month.

  2. Member lines activated on or after 1 October 2025 will enjoy redCALL free of charge for the first 24 months. From the 25th month onwards, the service can be continued at RM10/month.

  3. For Member lines activated before 1 October 2025, the bundled redCALL is not applicable. However, they may still subscribe to the service at RM10/month.

  4. The unlimited calls include:

    1. Calls to all Malaysian mobile numbers (including red ONE Postpaid & Prepaid).

    2. Calls to all Malaysian fixed line numbers.

  5. The following are excluded from the unlimited voice calls:

    1. Calls to special numbers (1300, 1700, 1600, 1MOCC).

    2. Calls to premium and special rate numbers.

    3. Video calls.

    4. International (IDD) calls.
