  1. What are the new Postpaid plans?
    The new Postpaid promotion plan includes a monthly high speed 5G data quota and roaming data in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Once your data is fully used, your speed will be reduced until the next cycle, with no additional charges.
  2. How long is this offer?
    This is a 3 months offer effective from 21 October 2025.
  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?
    Feel free to visit any of our redONE  stores or redONE  partners.
  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?
    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations and mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins (excluding M2M).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived.

  6. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?
    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?
    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?
    No, the redCALL  will be activated automatically once your redplanROAM48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL  service. It is bundled with the redplanROAM48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?
    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?
    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.
  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.
  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.
  8. What is included in the unlimited calls with redCALL?
    The unlimited calls include:
    • Calls to all Malaysian mobile numbers (including redONE  Postpaid & Prepaid).
    • Calls to all Malaysian fixed line numbers.
  9. What is NOT included in the unlimited calls?
    The following are excluded:
    • Calls to special numbers (1300, 1700, 1600, 1MOCC).
    • Calls to premium and special rate numbers.
    • Video calls.
    • International (IDD) calls.
  10. Are there any usage restrictions for the unlimited calls?
    Yes, the unlimited calls are for personal use only. They must not be used for:
    • Re-selling, renting, or commercial purposes.
    • Call rerouting devices, software, or auto diallers.
    • Call centers, telemarketing, or conference calling.
    • Continuous, automated, or machine to machine communication.

Hotspot

  1. Is hotspot data included in the NEW redplanROAM48 Postpaid Plan?
    Yes, hotspot data comes bundled with the plan and cannot be removed.
  2. Do I need to activate/subscribe the hotspot data?
    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your redplanROAM48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported in.
  3. Can I use my hotspot data overseas?
    Hotspot data can only be used in Malaysia. When you’re in Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia, hotspot usage will be deducted from your redROAM10 data bucket.
  4. Does my hotspot data renew every month?
    Yes, it renews automatically on the 1st of every month.
  5. Will unused hotspot data carry forward to the next month?
    No, any unused hotspot data will expire at the end of the month.
  6. What happens if I change my plan?
    If you switch from the NEW redplanROAM48 Plan to another plan, your hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  7. What if I use up all my hotspot data?
    Once your hotspot quota is fully used, data sharing will be blocked. You can buy a Data Top Up to continue using hotspot data.

  1. Is roaming data included in the NEW redplanROAM48 Postpaid Plan?
    Yes, redROAM10  comes bundled with the plan and cannot be removed.

  8. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

  10. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL  Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL  VAS is bundled with the redplanROAM48 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    1. All domestic calls to redONE  Postpaid, redONE  Prepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls
  5. The redCALL  VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the redplanROAM48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL  will be automatically continued unless the new plan is, Amazing28+ or Data28.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication.

Hotspot 

  1. Hotspot data comes with the NEW redplanROAM48 plan and is not optional.
  2. Hotspot data can be used for data sharing within Malaysia only. When roaming in Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia, hotspot usage will be deducted from the redROAM10  data bucket.
  3. Hotspot data renews automatically on the 1st of every month. Unused data expires at month-end and will not carry forward. 
  4. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from redplanROAM48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  5. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.

Free redROAM10

  1. The free redROAM10  Add-On provides 10GB of high-speed data roaming for use in the following countries: Indonesia, Singapore & Thailand.
  2. The free redROAM10  Add-On is bundled with the redplanROAM48 plans and is not optional.
  3. This is a multi-country pass, which means your quota can be used seamlessly across all eligible countries within the same billing cycle.
  4. The validity of the Add-On shall follow the customer’s monthly billing cycle (Malaysia Time, GMT+8):
    • Starts: 12:00am Day 1 of the billing cycle. 
    • Ends: 11:59pm on the end of calendar month. 
  5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from redplanROAM48 to another plan, the free  redROAM10  data will be automatically terminated.
  6. Upon 100% utilization of free redROAM10  data, speed will be throttled to 64 kbps. Customer may opt to purchase redROAM10  1-time Add on to continue at high speed.

Disclaimer

  1. redONE  does not make any warranty or representation that the subscriber’s mobile equipment will be able to utilise the international roaming service. Any inability of the subscriber’s mobile equipment to utilise international roaming service shall not annul this agreement or absolve, diminish or affect the subscriber’s liability to observe and perform his/her obligations herein.
  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is roaming-enabled and compatible with local networks in the destination country.
  3. The roaming service is subject to the coverage and quality of redONE’s roaming partners. Network speed and stability may vary depending on location and local operators.
  4. Voice calls, SMS, and usage outside the 10GB quota will be charged separately based on standard roaming rates.
  5. Subscription fees will be reflected in the customer’s monthly bill. No refunds will be provided for early termination or unused quota.
  6. The free redROAM10  Add-on shall be used outside of Malaysia and the Customer agrees to abide by and be subjected to all terms and conditions of use at all times and the usage terms of the Participating Network Operators.
  7. Customers shall not use the free redROAM10  Add-on for commercial, non-personal or fraudulent use or gains. redONE  Mobile reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without any liability whatsoever to the Customer or any third party, to disconnect, interrupt, terminate, bar or suspend the free redROAM10  Add-on to a Customer in the event of suspicious usage, illegal activities, suspected fraud or any other unusual activities that are not permitted under this Terms and Conditions.

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
