3. How much is the monthly fee?
The promo plan is priced at RM40 a month with 20GB high-speed data, unlimited internet at 6Mbps, unlimited calls and without contract.
4. Where can I register for this promo plan?
This promo plan can only be subscribed online.
5. Is there any advance payment or registration fee required?
Registration fee is RM10. An advance payment of RM40 will be charged (MNP are waived).
6. Who is eligible to register for this plan?
This promotion is for new customers or MNP port-in. This plan can be registered as a NEW Master account and/or other additional accounts.
7. When can I get the 2 FREE smartphones?
The 2 FREE smartphones will be given to the 3 winners in 60 days after the line activation.
8. Is the 2 FREE smartphones exchangeable for cash or transferable?
No, the 2 FREE smartphones cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
9. Is there a cap in terms of speed or usage for the unlimited data?
This plan provides 20GB of high-speed data and unlimited internet. The unlimited internet is capped at 6Mbps and is subject to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy of 100GB per month.
10. Is there a cap in terms of usage for the unlimited calls?
The unlimited calls are subject to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy and is capped at 100 hours per month.
