  1. What is this offer all about?
    Our new redplanBORNEO38 Postpaid plan includes a monthly high-speed 5G/4G data quota. If you use up your data, you won’t be charged extra—your speed will just be reduced to 64kbps until the next billing cycle. You also have the option to upgrade your plan or add a supplementary line, which even comes with a free phone after 6 months.
  2. How long is this offer?
    This offer starts from 23 February 2026 until further notice.
  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?
    Feel free to visit any of our redONE Mobile stores or redONE Mobile partners in Sabah and Sarawak.
  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?
    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes (excluding M2M).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived.
    If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE Mobile is less than 6 months.
    If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  6. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?
    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.
  7. I am existing redONE postpaid user, can I upgrade/change my plan to this redplanBORNEO38 plan?
    This is an exclusive plan for new registration in Sabah and Sarawak.
  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
    Yes, this plan come with 6 months contract. If you take up a premium number, you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
  9. If I end my contract or port out early, will there be any charges?
    Yes, a RM100 penalty fee will be charged if you terminate or port out your number before the contract ends. If you have taken a premium number, the penalty will be calculated based on the premium number category selected.
  10. Can I register for any supplementary lines with redplanBORNEO38?
    Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
  11. Is hotspot data included in the NEW redplanBORNEO38 Postpaid Plan?
    Yes, hotspot data comes bundled with the plan and cannot be removed.
  12. Do I need to activate/ subscribe the hotspot data?
    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your redplanBORNEO38 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  13. Can I use my hotspot data overseas?
    Hotspot data can only be used in Malaysia.
  14. Does my hotspot data renew every month?
    Yes, it renews automatically on the 1st of every month and any unused hotspot data will expire at the end of the month.
  15. What happens if I change my plan?
    If you switch from the NEW redplanBORNEO38 Plan to another plan, your hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  16. What if I use up all my hotspot data?
    Once your hotspot quota is fully used, data sharing will be blocked. You can buy a Data Top Up to continue using hotspot data.

  3. Advance Payment and Registration Fee is required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.

  4. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
  5. redCALL is bundled with the redplanBORNEO38 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
  6. The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  7. In the redplanBORNEO38 first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  8. Upon 100% utilization of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  9. Change plan request to the NEW redplanBORNEO38 plan is NOT allowed.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the redplanBORNEO38 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls
  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the redplanBORNEO38 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL  will be automatically continued unless the new plan is, Amazing28+ or Data28.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication.

Hotspot 

  1. Hotspot data comes with the redplanBORNEO38 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE Mobile roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.
  3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilized hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from redplanBORNEO38 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.

Fast Track Loyalty – Free Phone

  1. The redplanBORNEO38 plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty Master Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line.
  2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
    • Master Account Plan: redplanBORNEO38 only
    • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date)
    • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)
    • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed
    • Not under any contract
    • Neither the Master nor Supplementary line is under the Loyalty Project Device Bundle contract
  3. All Master Accounts registered under the same NRIC must have no outstanding or overdue payments at the time of application.
  4. Only lines that is successfully upgraded is eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.
  5. Master Account customers who take up this offer, their account’s contract period will reset to 24 months (devicePRO68) or 36 months (devicePRO98).
  6. Individual billing is NOT allowed.
  7. Master account is not allowed to downgrade/ upgrade after the master account had taken this offer.
  8. Corporate, M2M and Foreigners are not allowed for this program.

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

NOTE: Please allow one (1) working day for any payment made via online banking to be reflected in redONE Selfcare system.

Pay your bills with JomPAY in 3 simple steps.
  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
  2. Logon to your preferred Internet Banking or Mobile Banking portal and look for the JomPAY icon.
  3. Enter the redONE Biller Code 8607, Reference-1 redONE Customer ID and payment amount, and you’re done!
