1. What is this new Postpaid plan?
Our new 5G Postpaid plan offer high-speed monthly data with no speed caps. Once you’ve fully used your data quota, there are no extra charges—your data speed will simply be reduced to 64kbps.
2. What is 5G Postpaid18?
This is our new 5G Postpaid plan with high-speed data quota every month with no speed caps.

3. How long is this offer?
This is an offer effective from 4 May 2026.
4. Where can I sign up for these plans?
You may walk-in to any of our redONE stores or redONE Partner stores. Alternatively, you may self-register online.
5. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?
All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, and rate plan changes (Excluding M2M).
6. How much do I need to pay upon registration?
A RM10 registration fee and RM25 advance payment are required when signing up.
If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE is less than 6 months.
If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
7. Can I port to the new Postpaid plan?
Yes, you can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid plan as long as you don’t have any outstanding balance or ongoing contract with your current mobile service provider.
8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
This plan is not contracted.
9. After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
You can purchase the Data Top Up via the 1App or by dialling *123# to purchase additional data.
10. I am an existing 5G Postpaid10 customer. Can I upgrade my plan to the new 5G Postpaid18?
Yes, you can easily upgrade the plan yourself, or reach out to our friendly customer care team for assistance.
11. Can I register for any supplementary lines with 5G Postpaid18?
Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines per master.
12. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?

1. The 5G Postpaid18 plan is available from 4 May 2026.
2. This plan is valid for new sign up and MNP port in customers. M2M customers is not eligible for this plan.
3. The plans can be registered as a Master account or a Supplementary account.
4. Each Master account is allowed to register up to max 6 Supplementary accounts.
5. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
6. Monthly access fee for 5G Postpaid18 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
7. Registration fee and deposit are required. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.
8. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
9. The redCALL VAS are bundled with the 5G Postpaid18 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
10. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
11. In the 5G Postpaid18 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

12. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
13. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
14. Customer can request to change their plan to the new 5G Postpaid18 plan starting from 4 May 2026.
