All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).
How much do I need to pay upon registration?

Can I port to the new Postpaid plan?
Yes. You can port in and subscribe to the new Postpaid plans provided you do not have any outstanding balance or under contract with your current mobile service provider.
What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?
Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.
Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?
This plan is not contracted. If you take up a premium number, you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months.
After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
You can buy the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.
Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing58?
Yes, you can register up to 6 supplementary lines.
I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Amazing58 plan?
Yes you can.

No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your AMAZING38 or AMAZING58 Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in. - I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?
No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the AMAZING38 and AMAZING58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia. - Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?
Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable. - What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?
You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

redDAILY offers per day data usage every day until the end of the month or until the redDAILY data quota is fully utilised. - How much redDAILY quota do I get every day?

No, you cannot terminate the redDAILY service. It is bundled with the Amazing38 or Amazing58 Postpaid plan for you to enjoy access to all data usage in Malaysia. - I have utilised the redSURF Daily quota. Can I subscribe to redDAILY again?
No, only 1 active redDAILY service is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the high-speed Value Added Service or Data Top Up. - How do the customers check on their redDAILY data balance?
Customers can check the usage via 1App or dial *123#. - When can I utilise the redDAILY Daily data quota?
You can use the redDAILY Daily data anytime. The redDAILY data will expire at the end of the day at 11:59PM every day. - What is the speed of the redDAILY Daily data for streaming?
The speed of the redDAILY data quota is high speed. You will need to use a 4G LTE compatible device to enjoy the 4G speed. - Does redDAILY consume my plan’s bundled data?
No. redDAILY provides you additional daily data for your data needs. Standard data consumption may apply for any in-app purchase, third party apps and links out of redDAILY’s partners.

This is our new unlimited internet plan. There are no extra charges when the data quota has been fully used. The data speed will be throttled down to 64kbps upon full utilization of the FUP quota. - What is UX50?

You can utilise the redDATA unlimited data quota at any time. - What is the speed of the unlimited data for redDATA ?
The speed of the redDATA streaming is capped at 6Mbps speed. - Can I enjoy the Unlimited Data when I am overseas?
No, the Unlimited Data are available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas. - Am I allowed to share my redDATA Unlimited data with other devices via mobile hotspot?
The Unlimited data is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.
