4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available exclusive for mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins (excluding M2M).
5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

   The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONEis less than 6 months. If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
6. What is total savings?
   Customer entitle for RM60 over 6 months.
7. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.
8. I am existing redONE postpaid user, can I upgrade/change my plan to this redplanPLUS48 plan?No. This is an exclusive plan for new customers who port-in their line to redONE.
9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?Yes, this plan come with 6 months contract.
10. If I end my contract or port out early, will there be any charges?Yes, a RM100 penalty fee will be charged if you terminate or port out your number before the contract ends.
11. Is hotspot data included in the NEW redplanPLUS48 Postpaid Plan?Yes, hotspot data comes bundled with the plan and cannot be removed.
12. Do I need to activate/ subscribe the hotspot data?No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your redplanPLUS48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
13. Can I use my hotspot data overseas?Hotspot data can only be used in Malaysia.
14. Does my hotspot data renew every month?Yes, it renews automatically on the 1st of every month and any unused hotspot data will expire at the end of the month.
15. What happens if I change my plan?If you switch from the Postpaid MNP port-in redplanPLUS48 Plan to another plan, your hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
16. What if I use up all my hotspot data?Once your hotspot quota is fully used, data sharing will be blocked. You can buy a Data Top Up to continue using hotspot data.

MNP Port-in Rewards – redplanPLUS48

Port-in Rebate

1. RM10 rebate will be applied immediately upon successful port-in.
2. The remaining RM50 will be credited as RM10/month over 5 billing cycles.
3. Rebates will be forfeited if:
   • The line is ported out
   • Line terminated
   • Changed to another plan within 6 months.

Plan Eligibility and Registration Terms

1. This plan is strictly available for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) port-in customers only.
   M2M (Machine-to-Machine) customers are not eligible.
2. Customers may register the plan as either a Master account or a Supplementary account.
3. Each Master account can register up to a maximum of six (6) Supplementary accounts.
4. A registration fee of RM10 is required. For non-Malaysian citizens, a deposit equivalent to the approved monthly credit limit will be charged at registration.
5. All prices shown are exclusive of service tax, which will be reflected in your monthly bill.

General Terms

1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
2. Monthly access fee for the redplanPLUS48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
3. Registration Fee is required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers.

4. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
5. redCALL is bundled with the rredplanPLUS48 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
6. The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
7. In the redplanPLUS48 first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

8. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
9. In the event of termination, the final bill will not be prorated. The full monthly commitment fee will be charged.

redCALL

1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the redplanPLUS48 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
3. Unlimited voice calls include:
   1. All domestic calls to redONEPostpaid, redONEPrepaid and other mobile operators
   2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
   1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
   2. Calls to special and premium numbers
   3. Video calls
   4. IDD calls
5. The redCALLVAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the redplanPLUS48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALLwill be automatically continued unless the new plan is, Amazing28+ or Data28.
7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
   • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
   • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
   • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
   • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
   • Used for call centre and telemarketing
   • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialling and machine to machine communication.

Hotspot

1. Hotspot data comes with the redplanPLUS48 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
2. The hotspot data can be utilized for data sharing within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.
5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from redplanPLUS48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated
6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.

Fast Track Loyalty – Free Phone

1. The redplanPLUS48 plan provides eligible customers with a Fast Track option for upgrading to a Loyalty Master Line or add additional Loyalty Supplementary Line.
2. Master line customer with the criteria below are entitle for Fast Track Loyalty:
   • Master Account Plan: redplanPLUS48 only
   • Tenure more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement start date of the original plan sign up date or MNP successful port in date)
   • Good paymaster (Line must not be suspended or barred in the last 3 months)
   • Both Master and Supplementary lines must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed
   • Not under any contract
   • Neither the Master nor Supplementary line is under the Loyalty Project Device Bundle contract
3. All Master Accounts registered under the same NRIC must have no outstanding or overdue payments at the time of application.
4. Only lines that is successfully upgraded is eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.
5. Master Account customers who take up this offer, their account’s contract period will reset to 24 months (devicePRO68) or 36 months (devicePRO98).
6. Individual billing is NOT allowed.
7. Master account is not allowed to downgrade/ upgrade after the master account had taken this offer.
8. Corporate, M2M and Foreigners are not allowed for this program.
