If you have fully utilised your internet plan, you can continue using your basic internet at 512kbps. Alternatively, you may purchase available boosters or repurchase a mobile internet plan to enjoy regular internet speeds.
- Do all Internet plans come with validity extensions?
Yes. All ULTRAplus plan or ULTRAplus passes come with validity extensions which will not stack with existing validity and will add on to the latest date. (e.g.) When you reload RM30 on 5 March 2025, the validity will extend for 30 days to 23:59, 4th April 2025. If you purchase the ULTRAplus35 plan on 10 March 2025, the validity will be further extended until 9 April 2025.
- Can I use hotspot with my ULTRAplus mobile internet plans?
For ULTRAplus Daily and ULTRAplus Weekly plans, hotspot usage may be utilised from shared base Internet quota. ULTRAplus25 and ULTRAplus35 will be utilized from the dedicated additional hotspot bucket of 10 GB and 50 GB respectively.
- What are “boosters” and how do I subscribe to it?
Boosters are additional internet that you can add on when a mobile internet plan is active. You can purchase the boosters via the “Add-Ons” section via the redONE Prepaid app.
- What happens if I purchase another mobile internet plan while having an existing mobile internet plan?
The existing mobile internet plan will be expired and the balance quota will be forfeited. Customer is advised to purchase another mobile internet plan after the bundled quota has been fully utilized or the validity has expired.
- What do I need to know about the Unlimited Calls to all networks for the new Unlimited Passes?
The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usages only (i.e. within Malaysian networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers, or numbers with special charges (i.e. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls. Unlimited Calls to all networks for Unlimited Passes are for standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage.
Non-standard usage includes but not limited to non-multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity Celcom considered to be non-standard usage. Excessive, commercial and/or non-personal usage may be subjected to pay-per-use call rates.
- Can I cancel my ULTRAplus Yearly subscription?
No. Once subscribed, you will need to wait until reaching end of the validity period.
- How long is the one year pass valid for?
The ULTRAplus Yearly is valid for 365 days.
- If I top-up RM50 and subscribe to this service, will my total validity be 50 days + 365 days?
No, your total validity will be 365 days from the day of subscription. Validity will follow whichever is the longest.
- How do I extend my credit validity?
You can extend your credit validity via the redONE Prepaid app.
- What is the cost to extend my credit validity for one year?
RM38 will be deducted from your credit balance for every ULTRAplus Yearly purchase.
- When will the extended validity start and can I subscribe more than once?
The extended validity starts on the very day you receive the confirmation message upon subscription. Unfortunately, you will not be able to subscribe more than once in a year.
- How would I know if my subscription is successful?
You will receive an SMS notification upon subscription.

The free Sabah FC jersey promotion is valid from 16 June 2025 until further notice.
Customers must activate the 5G Prepaid ULTRAplus SIM card, reload RM50 and purchase the ULTRAplus35 internet plan all at once in order to receive the free Sabah FC jersey.
5G Prepaid ULTRAplus
The new ULTRAplus SIM card is valid for new customers only. The starter pack is available at RM8.
The starter pack is valid for 7 days.
The new 5G Prepaid ULTRAplus SIM card is available at all redONE Mobile stores, partner stores and prepaid dealers.
Registration can be done at the stores above or customers may also perform self-registration online via the redONE Prepaid App.
The RM5 Activation Bonus Credit is a one-time offering, granted upon successful registration or MNP port-in.
The 1 GB Activation Bonus is a one-time offer, valid for 7 days, and provided upon successful registration or MNP port-in.
The activation bonuses will be applied within 10 minutes after customers complete their registration and receive the Activation SMS.
High-speed data is provided at 5G/4G speeds. Once the allocated high-speed data quota is fully utilized, data access will be restricted. A system-generated SMS notification will be sent when 100% of the bundled high-speed data has been consumed.
Additionally, International Direct Dialing (IDD) and International Roaming services are enabled by default for all subscribers. Customers traveling abroad who wish to avoid roaming charges should disable Data Roaming on their mobile devices.
ULTRAplus Mobile Internet (MI) Plans
The MI monthly plan is non-stackable. Customers can only have one active MI plan at a time. However, they may override the existing plan by purchasing a new MI plan. The consumer app will display the current plan’s expiration date for confirmation before proceeding with the override.
Customers subscribed to MI plans are eligible to purchase the 10GB 5G/4G Booster, which follows the validity period of the MI plan.
The 10 GB 5G/4G booster is applicable to all data services, including hotspot usage, but excludes data roaming.
Customers who purchase an MI plan can also purchase a Data Top-Up.
5G is automatically enabled upon successful MI plan activation.
High-speed data for ULTRAplus Daily and ULTRAplus Weekly plans can be shared with other users or devices, except for modems.
High-speed data for ULTRAplus25 and ULTRAplus35 plans is strictly for individual use and cannot be shared with other users or devices, including modems or mobile hotspots.
Unlimited voice calls are available to all networks and are applicable for domestic use within Malaysia only. Video calls and calls to special numbers are not included.
A Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 2,000 minutes applies to unlimited calls.
The ULTRAplus MI plan extends your account’s active status in accordance with its validity period.
Upon expiry of ULTRAplus MI plans, no quotas (internet or calls) or any balance thereof will be carried forward.

Calls are charged at RM0.15 per minute to all networks and are applicable only for domestic use within Malaysia.
A fee of RM3 will be deducted from the main credit balance for each ULTRAplus Daily add on purchase.
The purchase fee and 3GB data quota are not prorated.
The ULTRAplus Daily quota expires 24 hours after activation, and any unused data will not be carried forward.
Customers can purchase the ULTRAplus Daily add add-on at any time.

The main quota bucket and the bonus data is for personal use only. It cannot be shared.

10 GB Hotspot data will be utilised first should the customer be sharing data.

Upon successful purchase, RM38 will be deducted from your main credit. This is a one-time purchase, meaning stacking multiple passes is not allowed. However, you can repurchase it once your current validity expires.
The ULTRAplus Yearly plan is exclusively available for redONE Prepaid ULTRAplus users. You can easily subscribe via USSD *108# or through the redONE Prepaid app for a quick and hassle-free experience!
Booster
The ULTRAplus booster is a 10 GB 5G/4G hotspotable Internet.
The validity of the ULTRAplus booster will start from the activation date and the validity will match the ULTRAplus MI plan.
The validity of the ULTRAplus booster matches the validity of the ULTRAplus MI plan.
If the customer unsubscribes from the ULTRAplus MI plan before its validity period ends, the ULTRAplus booster will be automatically terminated, and any unused data quota will be forfeited.
The ULTRAplus booster does not extend the account validity. Any unused data quota will be forfeited upon expiration of the MI plan.
The booster is available for purchase with ULTRAplus Daily, ULTRAplus Weekly, ULTRAplus25, and ULTRAplus35 promo.
Switching or Merging MI Plans
If you sign up for a new ULTRAplus MI plan—whether it’s the same type or a different one—while you still have an active ULTRAplus plan, your current plan will be replaced by the new one. Since only one ULTRAplus MI plan can be active at a time, any new subscription will override the existing plan.
Please note that any add-ons or boosters purchased with your previous plan won’t carry over. If you’d like to continue using add-ons or boosters, you’ll need to purchase new ones for your new ULTRAplus MI plan. Their validity will match the duration of your new plan.
Once your new ULTRAplus MI plan is successfully activated, it will take effect immediately, and your previous plan will no longer be active. The validity of your new plan will start from the activation date and last as specified in the plan details.
