1. The free Sabah FC jersey promotion is valid from 16 June 2025 until further notice.

2. Customers must activate the 5G Prepaid ULTRAplus SIM card, reload RM50 and purchase the ULTRAplus35 internet plan all at once in order to receive the free Sabah FC jersey.

5G Prepaid ULTRAplus

1. The new ULTRAplus SIM card is valid for new customers only. The starter pack is available at RM8.

2. The starter pack is valid for 7 days.

3. The new 5G Prepaid ULTRAplus SIM card is available at all redONE Mobile stores, partner stores and prepaid dealers.

4. Registration can be done at the stores above or customers may also perform self-registration online via the redONE Prepaid App.

5. The RM5 Activation Bonus Credit is a one-time offering, granted upon successful registration or MNP port-in.

6. The 1 GB Activation Bonus is a one-time offer, valid for 7 days, and provided upon successful registration or MNP port-in.

7. The activation bonuses will be applied within 10 minutes after customers complete their registration and receive the Activation SMS.

8. High-speed data is provided at 5G/4G speeds. Once the allocated high-speed data quota is fully utilized, data access will be restricted. A system-generated SMS notification will be sent when 100% of the bundled high-speed data has been consumed.

9. Additionally, International Direct Dialing (IDD) and International Roaming services are enabled by default for all subscribers. Customers traveling abroad who wish to avoid roaming charges should disable Data Roaming on their mobile devices.

ULTRAplus35 (with Internet Bonus)

1. ULTRAplus35 is an Auto-Recurring add-on. RM35 will be deducted from the customer’s main credit every 30 days in condition there is sufficient credit.

2. The ULTRAplus35 offers 250 GB 5G/4G high speed data, 50 GB hotspot data and unlimited calls to all networks.

3. [PROMOTION] The Bonus data is given free every renewal until the customer unsubscribes ULTRAplus35 or terminates the account.

4. The main quota bucket and the bonus data is for personal use only. It cannot be shared.

5. RM35 will be deducted from the main credit for every ULTRAplus35 one off add-on purchase.

6. The ULTRAplus35 add-on subscription fee and quota are not prorated.

7. Hotspot data will be utilised first should the customer be sharing data.

8. Unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within the Malaysia network only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

9. Customers can subscribe to the ULTRAplus35 add-on at any time.

10. RM35 will be deducted from the main credit for every ULTRAplus35 add-on subscription.

11. Only redONE Prepaid ULTRAplus plan can subscribe to the auto-recurring MI plan.

12. Any unutilised ULTRAplus35 quota will not be carried forward.

13. The ULTRAplus35 to be available for subscription in USSD *108# and Prepaid App for self-service subscription.
