QM Mobile

  1. What is this plan about?

    This plan rewards customers with GAE rewards when they subscribe to the QM Mobile postpaid plan.

  2. I’m a redONE user how do I switch plans to QM Mobile?

    You cannot switch plans to QM Mobile. You are required to register a new number or port-in from another telco provider using your existing number to subscribe to this plan.

  3. Can I register for this plan if I’m blacklisted from another telco?

    Yes, as long as you do not have any outstanding payments with redONE.

  4. If I want to keep my existing number from another telco provider, do I need to wait for confirmation from them?

    Yes, you may use your existing number from another telco provider. Upon completing the registration, you will receive an SMS from the other telco provider and you will need to reply immediately to expedite the registration completion.

  5. How do I get a new SIM card?

    You may obtain your SIM card from QM team lead or QM HQ who introduced this plan to you.

  6. Do I need to switch to a new SIM card after registration?

    For registration of a new number, you can use the SIM card after 15 minutes. If you are porting in from another telco using your current number, you will need to reply to an SMS which will be sent from your existing telco provider. Once there is no coverage, you can switch to the new redONE SIM card.

  7. Are foreigners allowed to subscribe to this plan?

    No. registration by foreigners is currently no allowed.

  8. Will I be tied to a contract?

    No. However, if you take up a premium number you will be subjected to a contract period of 24 months

  9. Does QM Mobile need to be registered through redONE agents?

    No. You may register through QM members who are automatically agents. For more information, please refer to QM Mobile team leader or HQ.

  10. I’m not a QM member. Can I still register for this plan?

    No. You need to become a QM member to be entitled for subscription to this plan.

  11. I’m currently a supplementary line user from another telco provider. Can I subscribe to this plan?

    No. Supplementary lines users are not allowed to register for this plan. However, you can register a new number to subscribe to this plan.

  12. How much is the monthly commitment for this plan?

    The plan provides 30 GB Hotspot Data and FUP 100 GB @6Mbps with a monthly commitment of RM50 only.

  13. What happens once I have used my internet quota of 130 GB?

    Once you have finished utilizing 130 GB monthly internet quota, the data usage will be reduced to a maximum @64kbps. You can purchase additional data via the redONE 1App or by dialing *123#.

  14. What happens if I miss the payment or if terminate this plan?

    You may not get the GAE reward.

  15. How can I get the GAEX20 reward with this plan?

    If you pay your monthly bill before 21st of the month, you will receive the GAEX20 for the next month.

  16. How do I make bill payments for this plan?

    You can pay via the options below:

    • e-Wallet: Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay
    • JomPAY internet or mobile banking (Biller code: 8607)

  17. What’s the procedure if I want to terminate my subscription to this plan?

    Please contact our Customer Care to terminate your subscription.

  18. Are there any requirements to become a QM member?

    Individuals who are blacklisted by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) are not accepted to join as a QM member.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your QM Mobile Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the QM Mobile Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

redDATA

  1. What is the new redDATA?

    The redDATA monthly recurring VAS offers unlimited data@6Mbps every day until the end of the month.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redDATA?

    No, the redDATA will be activated automatically once your QM Mobile Postpaid plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redDATA service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redDATA service. It is bundled with the QM Mobile Postpaid plan for you to enjoy unlimited data for all data usage.

  4. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited data?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100GB per month is applicable.

  5. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited data?

    Subsequent data usage will be slowed to a maximum of 64kbps.

  6. What can I use the Unlimited data for?

    The Unlimited Data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on both 4G networks.

  7. When can I utilise the redDATA unlimited data quota?

    You can utilise the redDATA unlimited data quota at any time.

  8. What is the speed of the unlimited data for redDATA ?

    The speed of the redDATA streaming is capped at 6Mbps speed.

  9. Can I enjoy the Unlimited Data when I am overseas?

    No, the Unlimited Data are available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.

  10. Am I allowed to share my redDATA Unlimited data with other devices via mobile hotspot?

    The Unlimited data is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.

QM Mobile

  1. The QM Mobile plan is only applicable for subscription by QM members aged 18 years old and above only.

  2. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

  3. redONE reserves the right to amend, change, erase or add any terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

  4. RM10 registration fee and RM50 advance payment is required for new line registration. The advance payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The advance payment will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.

  5. Monthly access fee for QM Mobile plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, bundled redDATA and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

  6. The redCALL and redDATA VAS are bundled with the QM Mobile plan and are not optional.

  7. The bundled high speed data, bundled redDATA and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.

  8. Roaming and IDD are charged based on Pay Per Use (PPU) rates.

  9. In QM Mobile plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  11. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 6Mbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

  12. This plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.

  13. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

  14. Individuals who have been blacklisted by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) are not allowed to register as a QM member.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the QM Mobile plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from QM Mobile postpaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redCALL and redDATA will be automatically continued unless the new plan is RP8, Amazing28+ or Data28.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    1. Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    2. Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    3. Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    4. Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    5. Used for call centre and telemarketing
    6. Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

redDATA

  1. The redDATA Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited data@6Mbps and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.

  2. The redDATA VAS is bundled with the QM Mobile postpaid plan and is not optional.

  3. The unlimited data can be used for all data services.

  4. redDATA can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.

  5. The redDATA VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from QM Mobile postpaid plan to another plan, the subscription to redDATA will be automatically terminated.

  8. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.

  9. Unlimited data quota is restricted only for Subscriber’s individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including SIM boxes or mobile hotspot) and is subjected to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy.

  10. Data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and could be affected by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability or due to Fair Usage Policy.   11. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.

  12. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Plan and Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan and Service(s) if your usage:

    1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
    2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
    3. is not in accordance with the redONE Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy/)
    4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.

  13. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.redonemobile.com.my
