New postpaidSWK48 Plan
  1. What is this new Postpaid plan?Our new SWK48 Postpaid plan includes a monthly high-speed 5G/4G data quota. If you use up your data, you won’t be charged extra and your speed will just be reduced to 64kbps until the next billing cycle.You also have the option to upgrade your plan or add a supplementary line, which comes with a free phone after 6 months of subscription.
  2. How long is this offer for?This is an offer effective from 1 July 2025.
  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?You may walk-in to any of our redONE Mobile stores or redONE Partner stores. Alternatively, you may self-register online.
  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plan?All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for these plans. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).
  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?A RM10 registration fee and RM25 advance payment are required when signing up.

  6. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.
  7. Do I need to activate/ subscribe the hotspot data?No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your SWK48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  8. What happens if I use up all my hotspot data?Data sharing will be temporarily blocked. To continue sharing, you can purchase a 10GB booster or a Data Top-Up.
  9. If I haven’t used up all my base and hotspot data, can I carry over the unused quota to following month?Unfortunately, your Internet and Hotspot quotas are only valid until the end of the month. Any unused data will not be carried forward and will be forfeited.
redCALL
  1. What is redCALL?redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your SWK48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.
  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the SWK48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.
  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.
  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.
  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.
  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

Terms and Conditions

New PostpaidSWK48 Plan

  1. Valid for New sign-up and MNP port-in customers. M2M customers is not eligible for this plan.
  2. The plans can be registered as a Master account or a Supplementary account.
  3. Each Master account is allowed to register up to max 6 Supplementary accounts.
  4. Registration fee and deposit are required (please refer to slide #13 for the new line and MNP deposit policy). In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.
  5. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.
  6. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.
  7. An initial rebate of RM10 will be granted upon successful registration or port-in. The remaining RM50 will be credited as RM10 per month over the next five (5) billing cycles, automatically reflected in your monthly bill.
  8. Monthly access fee for SWK48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
  9. The redCALL VAS are bundled with the SWK48 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.
  10. The bundled high speed data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
  11. In the SWK48 plan’s first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  12. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.
  13. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be reduced to a maximum of 64Kbps without incurring extra data charges when usage exceeds 100% of the bundled data. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
  14. The SWK48 plan is NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
  15. Change of plan request to the new SWK48 plan is not allowed.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW SWK48 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
  3. Unlimited voice calls include:
    1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
    1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    2. Calls to special and premium numbers
    3. Video calls
    4. IDD calls
  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW SWK48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is 5G Postpaid10, Amazing28+ or Data28.
  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
    1. Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    2. Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    3. Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    4. Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    5. Used for call centre and telemarketing
    6. Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data is bundled with the NEW SWK48 Postpaid plan and is not optional.
  2. The hotspot data can be utilized for sharing data within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.
  3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.
  5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW SWK48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.
  6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the data booster or Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.
