6. Can I exchange my redCOIN for cash?

   No, redCOIN has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

7. Can the prizes be exchanged for cash?

   No. The prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash, or redeemed in any shape or form by the recipient.

7. Lucky Draw Entries

   • Each redemption counts as one entry into the draw.

   • There is no limit on daily redemptions, quarterly draw entries, or grand draw entries—the more tickets you redeem, the higher your chances of winning!

8. Quarterly Draw Eligibility

   • Raffle tickets for the quarterly draw can only be redeemed within the same redemption month.

   • Example: If a ticket is redeemed in April, it qualifies for the quarterly draw for that period.

9. Grand Draw Eligibility

   • Raffle tickets for the grand draw can be redeemed at any time, provided you have sufficient redCOIN.

10. Draw Dates & Winner Announcement

    • The quarterly and grand draw dates are fixed as stated below:

11. General Terms and Conditions

    • The prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, changed or redeemed in any shape or form by the winner apart from what is specified by redONE Mobile.

    • redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, change, erase or add any of the terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

    • redONE Mobile will not be liable to provide any replacement or compensation in the form of cash or any kind for items that are lost, damaged, stolen or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.

    • Prizes for the lucky draw will be delivered within three (3) months from the winner announcement date.

    • redONE Mobile reserves the right to disqualify the winner if he/she cannot be contacted after three (3) call attempts.
