1. What is this promotion about?

This is a promotion for redONE Mobile customers to win exciting prizes worth more than RM39,000 via lucky draw, simply by signing up to eligible plans.

2. When is the promotion period?

The promotion runs from 11 May to 14 June 2026.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

All customers who sign up for selected redONE Mobile plans at participating stores during the period period are eligible.

Note: redONE employees, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. Which plans are eligible for the lucky draw?

You’ll qualify when you sign up for any of these plans:

5. How do I join the lucky draw?

Simply sign up for any eligible plan at a participating redONE Mobile store. Each successful sign-up gives you one (1) entry into the lucky draw.

6. How are winners selected?

Winners are chosen through a weekly random lucky draw based on all entries collected nationwide.

7. How many winners will be selected?

There are 5 winners every week over 4 weeks, making a total of 20 winners.

8. What prizes can I win?

Each week, winners will receive one of the following:

• iPhone Air
• Apple HomePod mini
• AirPods
• Apple Watch
• iPad

9. If I don’t win in one week, can I still win later?

Yes. Your entries will roll over to the next weekly draws throughout the campaign period.

10. Can I win more than once?

No. Each participant can only win one (1) prize during the entire promotion period.

11. How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be:

• Announced on redONE Mobile’s official social media channels
• Contacted via phone call and/or SMS

12. What should I do if I’m selected as a winner?

You must respond and follow the instructions within the given timeframe to claim your prize.

13. What happens if I don’t respond?

If you do not respond after multiple contact attempts, your prize may be forfeited and given to another winner.

14. When will I receive my prize?

Prizes will be delivered within three (3) months after the campaign ends.

15. Are there any conditions to receive the prize?

Yes. Your redONE Mobile line must remain active to be eligible to receive your prize.

16. Can I exchange my prize with cash or other prizes?

No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

2. Entry Eligibility

The promotion is open customers who sign up for any of the following eligible plans at participating redONE Mobile stores during the campaign period only:

Additional eligibility terms:

• Employees of redONE Mobile, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and participating outlets, including immediate family members, are not eligible.
• Each participant is only eligible to win ONE (1) prize throughout the promotion period.

3. Steps to Participate

• Each successful sign-up of an eligible plan entitles the customer to ONE (1) lucky draw entry.
• Every valid entry qualifies for the weekly lucky draw.

4. Lucky Draw Mechanism

• Winners will be selected via random lucky draw every week, based on cumulative sales from all participating stores.
• Five (5) winners will be selected each week.
• Customers who are not selected as winners in a given week will remain eligible for subsequent weekly draws during the promotion period.
• A total of four (4) weekly draws will be conducted, resulting in twenty (20) winners in total.

5. Prizes

Weekly prizes consist of:

• 1 x iPhone Air
• 1 x Apple HomePod mini
• 1 x AirPods
• 1 x Apple Watch
• 1 x iPad

• Each winner is entitled to ONE prize, with a total of five winners selected per week.
• Winners must ensure that their line remains active in order to receive the prize.
• Prize delivery will be arranged within three (3) months after the promotion ends.

6. Winner Notification & Claim

• Winners will be announced weekly via redONE Mobile’s official social media platform(s).
• Winners may also be contacted by phone call and/or SMS.
• The Organizer will attempt to contact winners up to three (3) times.
• Winners must respond and claim their prize within the stipulated timeframe provided by redONE Mobile.
• Failure to respond may result in prize forfeiture, and redONE Mobile reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation, whether in part or in full.
• redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any decisions made by redONE Mobile in relation to the campaign, including selection of winners, shall be final and binding.
• redONE Mobile will not be liable to provide any replacement or compensation in the form of cash or any kind for prizes that are lost, damaged, stolen.
