International Roaming is a service where it allows you to use your mobile number to make and receive calls in countries or destinations while you are overseas.
You will need to pre-activate your roaming services before you travel overseas.
If you are a redONE customer for more than 6 months, you just need to call 1909 to speak to our Customer Care to activate your International Roaming service before you travel abroad.
If you are a new redONE customer (less than 6 months), then you may be required to pay an additional RM300 deposit (refundable) to activate your International Roaming service. The additional deposit payment can be waived if you ported (MNP) your Postpaid number from another network, and you had been roaming previously.

redONE reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine whether a subscriber is eligible for the international roaming service.
redONE and the operator of the visited foreign telecommunication services network shall not be liable for any loss or damage which the subscriber may sustain from or through the suspension/ termination/ interruption/ loss of or inability to use the international roaming service due to any cause whatsoever.
The subscriber of the international roaming service shall be subjected to all terms and conditions of this Agreement and such other terms and conditions as redONE shall deem fit to be imposed from time to time.
For data services, the subscriber’s monthly access fees only covers domestic data usage and does not include data usage overseas. For roaming service usage, international roaming charges applies.
The subscriber may request for a higher Credit Limit and redONE may grant the same at its discretion subject to conditions as redONE shall deem fit to impose.
The subscriber shall bear and pay all surcharges, exclude Service Tax, value-added taxes, and any other charges, taxes, exchange rate difference (if any) or such other sum as may be stipulated from redONE from time to time, incurred in using the international roaming service.
redONE does not make any warranty or representation that the subscriber’s mobile equipment will be able to utilise the international roaming service. Any inability of the subscriber’s mobile equipment to utilise international roaming service shall not annul this agreement or absolve, diminish or affect the subscriber’s liability to observe and perform his/her obligations herein.
The subscriber shall promptly report to redONE and in any case within 24 hours, any lost or stolen SIM Card or mobile equipment. Until such report has been received by redONE, the subscriber shall be liable for all charges incurred.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any reference to international roaming service shall include international data roaming services.
This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions practiced by redONE (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.

Daily Data Roaming
The new RM39 Daily Data Roaming is valid from 1 September 2024.
This Daily Data Roaming is applicable to all new and existing redONE Postpaid customers.
Customer must remember to switch on data roaming to enjoy the promotion.
The Daily Data Roaming is a roaming service that comes with roaming internet quota of up to 1 GB at a flat rate of RM39 per day.
The quota allocated will be high-speed roaming internet.
After the full high-speed quota is used, the subsequent internet speed will be slowed down to 256 kbps (FUP: 700 MB).
Daily Data Roaming is based on Malaysian time zone from 12:00am to 11:59pm.
The Daily Data Roaming is offered in partnership with network operators in the selected countries (“Participating Network Operators”). redONE Mobile reserves the right to delete, add or amend the list of Participating Network Operators in the selected countries from time to time.
This Daily Data Roaming shall be auto-renewed if data usage continues to be detected after 24 hours from the activation time. Customers may avoid auto-renewal and/or the charges by turning off their Data Roaming.
The Daily Data Roaming service will be automatically activated once the Customer reaches the foreign country, and the Daily Data Roaming service will continue to auto-renew every 24 hours with a RM39 flat rate charge as long as international roaming is enabled on the device of the Customer.
The Daily Data Roaming services shall be used outside of Malaysia and the Customer agrees to abide by and be subjected to all terms and conditions of use at all times and the usage terms of the Participating Network Operators.
Customers shall not use the Daily Data Roaming for commercial, non-personal or fraudulent use or gains. redONE Mobile reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without any liability whatsoever to the Customer or any third party, to disconnect, interrupt, terminate, bar or suspend the Daily Data Roaming service to a Customer in the event of suspicious usage, illegal activities, suspected fraud or any other unusual activities that are not permitted under this Terms and Conditions.
There will not be any refund granted on unutilized Daily Data Roaming Quota upon termination at any point of time if the Customer deactivates International Roaming. The remaining Internet quota will be forfeited with immediate effect.

Yes. A single redROAM10 subscription can be used across all participating countries (Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand) within the same billing cycle. redROAM10 is only valid in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. If you enable data roaming in other countries, the standard Daily Data Roam rate of RM39 for 1GB will apply.
redROAM10 is limited to data usage only. For voice calls & SMS, call diverted to voice & call forwarding while roaming, standard roaming charges for these services applies.
Both charges will apply. The RM39 Daily Data Roam fee is non-refundable, and your redROAM10 Add-On will take effect immediately upon successful subscription for the remaining validity period.

The redROAM10 Add-On will be available to customers starting from 1 October 2025.
This Add-On is exclusively to redONE Postpaid customers with a monthly commitment of RM38 and above.
The redROAM10 Add-On provides 10GB of high-speed data roaming for use in the following countries: Indonesia, Singapore & Thailand.
This is a multi-country pass, which means your quota can be used seamlessly across all eligible countries within the same billing cycle.
The redROAM10 is not applicable to the following categories of accounts or services: 5G Home WiFi, M2M, FMS, MyFon , SME, Deskphone.
The validity of the Add-On shall follow the customer’s monthly billing cycle (Malaysia Time, GMT+8):
Starts: 12:00am Day 1 of the billing cycle
Ends: 11:59pm on the end of calendar month
Upon full utilization of the quota, data roaming service will be slowed down up to 64Kbps. Customer may purchase an additional Add-Ons to resume service.
Any unused data quota will be forfeited upon expiry, termination or cancellation of the Add-On.
Two (2) subscription options to suit your needs:
Monthly Recurring – which automatically renews at the start of each billing cycle.
1-Time Add-On – which shall expire at the end of the billing cycle, irrespective of the date of purchase. Does not support auto-renewal.

The Monthly Recurring Add-On shall automatically renew at the start of every billing cycle, no need to re-subscribe.
The validity of the Monthly Recurring Add-On shall follow the customer’s monthly billing cycle (Malaysia Time, GMT+8):
Start: 12:00 am, Day 1 of billing cycle
End: 11:59 pm, last day of billing cycle
If you upgrade or change to another eligible plan, your redROAM10 will continue without interruption.
If you downgrades to a monthly commitment plan below RM38, the Monthly Recurring Add-On shall be automatically terminated.
Cancelation can be made anytime via Customer Care.
redROAM10 – 1-Time Add-On
The 1-Time Add-On shall expire at the end of the billing cycle in which it was purchased, irrespective of the purchased date.
The purchase fee for redROAM10 1-time Add-on is not pro-rated. Customers will be charged a full RM10 in the bill upon successful purchase.
Customers may purchase more than one (1) 1-Time Add-On within the same billing cycle; the quotas shall be combined.
The 1-Time Add-On shall not carry forward to the next billing cycle. Any unused quota shall be forfeited at the end of the cycle.
Active roaming service is compulsory for customer to purchase this pass.

The roaming service is subject to the coverage and quality of redONE’s roaming partners. Network speed and stability may vary depending on location and local operators.
Voice calls, SMS, and usage outside the 10GB quota will be charged separately based on standard roaming rates.
Subscription fees will be reflected in the customer’s monthly bill. No refunds will be provided for early termination or unused quota.
