  3. I have purchased the 1GB Data Top Up. How long will the data last? The 1GB Data Top Up will last until it is all used up or until it expires at the end of the month
  4. How many Data Top Up I can purchase in a month? You can purchase up to a maximum of 20 times or a total of 10GB, whichever comes first
  5. I have purchased the 5GB Data Top Up. Can I use it for roaming when I am overseas? No. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate. Please click here for the list of roaming rates.
  1. Data Top Up is a one-time data purchase.
  2. The Data Top Up is for all unlimited data bundle customers to add data to increase the data speed after the speed is throttled to maximum 64kbps. It is also applicable to non-unlimited data bundle customers once they hit PPU.
  3. The Data Top Up is not an auto-renewable data quota.
  4. The Data Top Up is not pro-rated. Any unused data quota will expire at the end of the month.
  5. The Data Top Up is non-stackable. You can purchase the Data Top Up again after the previously purchased Data Top Up quota has been fully utilised or the validity has expired.
  6. You may use this quota for all browsing purposes, all day, on all redONE networks including 2G/3G/4G LTE.
  7. You may purchase the Data Top Up by dialling *123#, via 1App or by contacting customer care.
  8. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
  9. Upon 100% usage of the Data Top Up quota, your subsequent data usage will be deducted from any available data quota, throttled to a maximum of 64kbps (for unlimited data customers) or charged Pay-Per-Use rate at RM0.10 per MB for no unlimited data customers. Customer may opt to repurchase additional data to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

Online Payment

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

NOTE: Please allow one (1) working day for any payment made via online banking to be reflected in redONE Selfcare system.

JomPay

Pay your bills with JomPAY in 3 simple steps.
  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
  2. Logon to your preferred Internet Banking or Mobile Banking portal and look for the JomPAY icon.
  3. Enter the redONE Biller Code 8607, Reference-1 redONE Customer ID and payment amount, and you’re done!

  1. Download and open the TNG eWallet mobile app.
