    This MyCARE50U promotion starts from 25 November 2021 until further notice.

  3. Who can sign up for this plan?
    This promotion is open to all new and MNP port-in individuals and corporate customers.

  4. How can I sign up for this plan?
    Sign up can be done via Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Berhad and its distribution channels.

  5. What fees do I need to pay for?
    A Registration Fee of RM10 and Advance Payment of RM50 is required. Advance payment for MNP port-in is waived.

  6. Is there a contact period for this plan?
    This plan comes with a 12-month contract period. Customers who register a new line with a premium number will be tied to a 24-month contract.

  7. If I have more than 1 MyCARE50U plan, does that mean I will have more than 1 Takaful coverage?
    The Takaful coverage is tagged to the subscriber’s NRIC where each MyCARE50U subscriber is only entitled to one policy.

  8. When will the Takaful coverage be activated?
    The Takaful coverage will be activated on the following month of the successful plan registration.

  9. How should I make Takaful claims?
    Takaful claims are to be directed at Hong Leong MSIG Takaful.
